Racist Hallmark Card? Bull!

The NAACP, void of any attention since the rest of the country is focused on our oil spill, our failing economy, and our worthless President, has decided that it must make up something to get attention. So, it sent its members on a nationwide hunt for the Don Imus-like comment to raise a stink about. What did they find? Well, nothing really. However, they have succeeded in making something up.

Hoops and YoYo, a popular cartoon, can be found in many places, usually saying some strange things. One incarnation of this duo is the greeting card series that are sold in Halmark stores. The cards usually have some sort of theme, and they “talk” to you when you open them up.

Well, the card in question is a graduation card. The central theme of the card is that of the newly crowned graduate ruling the world and the universe. The universe, of course, is made up of stars, planets, asteroids, comets, and black HOLES.

However, our inner cities are made up of wanna-be stars…usually of the basketball variety, people so stoned they act like they are from another planet, cocaine asteroids commonly called crack rocks, more dirt than any Comet (cleanser) could possibly clean, and the occasional street corner prostitute.

Remember you are dealing with geniuses that tried to have a man fired for using the word niggardly at a budget hearing because it sounded racist. Even when it was pointed out that the word predated slavery they said it didn't matter, it was how it made them feel that mattered. This is just more of the same drivel and you can guarantee it will continue to happen because Hallmark caved.

The NAACP members ought to be able to recognize a black hole, considering the fact that they obviously have one in place of brains. Except for Bill Clinton, the original black president, who actually may have that space taken by a black ho.

I saw this magnet at a Hallmark store in Atlanta and was horrified by the attempt to paint zero as the messiah.

I’m shocked there hasn’t been an outcry over the color of band aids.

It is as difficult to find racism towards black folk in modern corporate America as it is to find starving poor.

The so called poor folk where I live who range in color from the palest white to the darkest black and cover all the shades in between are fat, smiling, quite sassy, can afford tattoos, carry a cell phone, along with their WIC card, and do not share my fear what tommorrow may bring in Barry’s post modern world.

If you want to see what starving poor folk look like, Google the photographs of Walker Evans.

Most black folk who attain office in organizations such as the NCAAP are products of the public school system operated by the nanny state which represents a post modern reincarnation of the plantation system.

These folk were so desperate to find racism that they chose not to be offended with the written words on the card, but to argue with sound of the card which was a talking card.

Their hearing has been affected by the over exposure of too much base from constantly listening to rap music.

They were not provided with the science education to understand concept of the black holes in space. When they heard hole, they heard ‘ho. And they knew that any white person using ‘ho gets himself in a WHOLE lot of trouble. Whoops I better remind myself never to use the whole verbally if it is in the listening distance of someone who is black or prone to racial envy of blacks as most Democrats are.

Personally, the most racist things I here are from black folk against white folk.

I am thinking of Barry and his Uncle Jeremiah.

Barry threw his white granny under the bus calling her a typical white person.

As a white person, I understand that if ever uttered typical black person in a public setting that I would be branded a racist and maybe even charged with something called hate speech.

The main stream media and the legal buffoons wearing robes that populate our legal system have insured that race cards can only be played against white folk, there are no race cards which can be played white folk, which is fine by me because I am NO RACIST and I understand that playing race cards is simply racism for hypocrites.

Look up the Jay-Z lyrics. That creep posed in the White House situation room. Obama did Jay-Z pimp moves doing the campaign.

Yes it is & I am sick of the race card bs. Seems to me that these rappers & others who dine & hang at the WH are racist against white people. You can't play it one way IMO. Maybe white people have to scream racist every chance they get. I don't know the answer but it is getting awfully boring & downright annoying.

Speaking of greeting cards, I’ve noticed a particular absense of cards making fun of Obama since he got himself elected. Contrasting that with the Bush presidency, there was a plethora of Bush-bashing cards that practically jumped out at you when selecting one for whatever occasion. The cards pertaining to Obama only have the meekest kind of razzing attached to them.
