The same ones who let their children join Amnesty Internation and Moveon.org. I’ve seen college kids wearing both at work.

I'll watch it during lunch.

My 8-year old is on the right track for sure. Last year at dinner he asked me “If I were a Chicken would you eat me?”. I asked him where he heard that question and he said at school from his teacher.

We were at the time eating BBQ Ribs, which he loves, So I turned the question back on him, asking him this, “If I was a pig would you eat me?”. With BBQ sauce all over his grin he said “Yep”.

I like the version where the economics professor lets the class vote on whether the grades will be awarded individually (competitively) or if the class will all share the same grade (collectively). After the first exam, the class average is a B, but students who worked hard get the same grade as the slacker. You guessed it, by the end of the term the class average is an F because no one has any incentive to work.

BTW, the Che t-shirt is just intended to mark the kid as a leftwing nitwit.

It’s a good bit, but I’m not so sure the current Republican party would have its values represented by the video. I’m guessing if the homeless guy came over to do the work, the payoff would be about half. And, judging from recent Republican efforts, the homeless guy would first have to be an illegal alien, and his payoff would not be money but citizenship.

Full disclosure: Not a republican, yet. They’re still a little too liberal and disoriented for me.

That’s why I always hated small group projects at school. There was always at least one slacker in a group so the whole group would have to work harder to make up for the slacker who would eventully get the same grade as the rest of us.
