Burris, La- Due to an embarrassing mix up today President of the United States Buraq Obama was forced to spend 15 minutes viewing the devastation that a several month old oil spill has wreaked upon the Gulf of Mexico and the several states whose coastlines buttress with that famed body of water. The confusion lay in a memo charting out the President’s itinerary for this week and a typo contained therein that had accidentally substituted the word “gulf” for the word “golf”. And so instead of being spirited away to another vacation where the President had intended to drop the ball on 18 holes he was instead forced to confront a situation where he had only failed to address one.
Upon seeing the magnitude of this travesty a shocked Obama remarked upon how awful it was that something of this nature and scope could occur without him being aware of it and opined that his lack of properly being briefed in the matter was no doubt the fault of the previous administration. The President’s substantial distress was relieved greatly, however, when it was explained to him that just because the spill was occurring in the Gulf of Mexico was no reason to believe that any Mexican’s would be adversely affected by it. Quite the contrary, the disaster seemed poised to mostly harm Americans. Upon hearing this good news the President directed that he immediately be relocated to the nearest Sandals Beach Resort so he catch up on the latest issue of Cosmo while sipping an Arugula Martini and engaging in the important and serious work of planning another party at The White House and another tax payer funded 3 million dollar date night with Michelle in New York City.

A few shards of oil at the waters edge which can't even been seen from 50' away.
No petroleum odors.
But the lib media continues to sensationalize the whole thing because of those big, bad ole businesses.
It is a disaster, of course, but there is not 4-6 of oil sludge anywhere where we have seen.
Meanwhile, we were headed to the store, and got pulled over - police vehicles everywhere.
It turns out that the messiah had a motorcade coming through.
We got to sit for almost two hours waiting for his blessings.

Been running daily for at least since I arrived at Perdido Key on Friday.
Next day said “ Obama, 55 days,,,when is it gonna happen?”
I saw dolphins, sea eagles fishing, pelicans and other sea/beach birds. Not much oil at all. The tar balls were about the size of a dime. Some clean up people were out but overall not much out of the ordinary. People were in the ocean, etc. Just not many people at all visiting. Pretty sad really.
I got out this morning just before the messiah arrived.
