We need to demand resignations of Obama, his cabinet, and members of Congress

GEN. VALLELY: When you go back to the Constitution, it says that it’s the people’s right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process. If you look at what’s out there, as far as the people and the government are concerned, there are only about four ways to effect a peaceful transfer of power. One way, of course, is through the elections. The second is to demand resignation, where the people actually demand that a sitting president resign as they did when the pressure was put on Richard Nixon, for example. Now with that pressure and declining popularity dipping into 40% support, then 30, then 20%…basically, it’s a no-confidence vote of the people that this executive is not doing the job for America. So then you have the demand-resignation pressure that could occur on the part of the people of the country, and other leadership, corporate as well as political, that could create a tremendous demand that this administration resign. And I’m not talking only about Obama resigning for incompetence, corruptness, fraud, lying, and treasonous occurrences in his administration which are violations of his oath and violation of the Constitution, but also his entire political apparatus in Washington and those who contributed to the corruption. So there is plenty of material there that should create enough public support that they demand his resignation.

I just read the Declaration of Independence again. They list the offenses of the King of England. Wow! He sounds just like Obama.

All good points. I have a sense that he, maybe, doesn’t like to be criticized?

He will not resign because there is still more than 40% who still want him as there president. They are moon bats but he will draw hope off that until he is forced out. SCOTUS will NOT force him either. Heck they will not even allow a challenge to come before them.

So we are stuck with him and before he goes, and we get rid of the current House and Senate, he will inflict as much pain as possible. He not only wants to, but will destroy the country as we have known it before he goes.

“Its in the Declaration of of Independence.

But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing the same Object, invince a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new Gaurds for their future security.”

That's right, it's not in the Constitution. So if you want a new Declaration of Independence, you're no longer operating under or defending the Constitution.

Are you positive he took the oath of office as it is usually given? He botched the one in public and had the Chief Justice give it again to him privately, didn’t he?

We need to demand resignations of Obama, his cabinet, and members of Congress.

With the current state of affairs in the country, we would be ignored. Politicians at all levels have almost elevated themselves to an "untouchable" level. Their arrogance is astounding.

We can demand with one hand, and defecate in the other, for all the good it would do.

Seems to me I had an article/video ratholed somewhere of Judge Napalitano on the Declaration of Independence Vs The Constitution, etc.

I’ll have to search for it, after my first coffee....

Google knows me...I can seldom successfully google any of my stuff on my “Gunny G” postings anymore!

Not Constitution, but the superior document is the Declaration of Independence, at least imo!

No, I am not positive. But if he did not, the Chief Justice is also involved, and I doubt that. But today any deception is possible.

TREASON: (from wiki)

Oran’s Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as “...[a]...citizen’s actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation].” In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavour.

Outside legal spheres, the word “traitor” may also be used to describe a person who betrays (or is accused of betraying) their own political party, nation, family, friends, ethnic group, team, religion, social class, or other group to which they may belong.

Whether or not his acts of betrayal of our country to our enemies are grounds to try him for treason, I believe, he is guilty of, none the less, betraying this country. And it is intentional. I am convinced he intends to place us in servitude to foreign powers and interests permainently.

The requirement of “natural born citizenship” for the office of president was intended to prevent exactly what is happening now.

We have a Constitutional government that he and his supporters seek to destroy. That is the ultimate betrayal of a free nation.

There are consequences to such actions. We are still a free nation at this point, and it appears to me that the EU is beginning to dissolve. The Gobalist Left will be defeated in this battle. If not, the consequences are too grave to contemplate.

All valid points, JS and I’m not one who is given to flight of fantasy. It’s just that he is so obviously in over his head, and more and more people are beginning to realize it, I’m wondering if his ego can handle it.

I have notice that also for some of my work, here and other places. And it is not only Google that does this. And the articles that do not return a link are not low hit posts.

Vicki! What we need is a ‘BIG BAD LEROY BROWN’ at the helm. someone who is 6’8, knuckles dragging the ground, steel eyes, mean as a yard dog, cleans his teeth with nails. Need someone who will take on the world with this spill, DO SOMETHING, not the case down here. WE NEED HELP FAST! Our way of life has just ‘faded off into the sunset’, doom and gloom seting in big time.
