GEN. VALLELY: When you go back to the Constitution, it says that its the peoples right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process. If you look at whats out there, as far as the people and the government are concerned, there are only about four ways to effect a peaceful transfer of power. One way, of course, is through the elections. The second is to demand resignation, where the people actually demand that a sitting president resign as they did when the pressure was put on Richard Nixon, for example. Now with that pressure and declining popularity dipping into 40% support, then 30, then 20%
basically, its a no-confidence vote of the people that this executive is not doing the job for America. So then you have the demand-resignation pressure that could occur on the part of the people of the country, and other leadership, corporate as well as political, that could create a tremendous demand that this administration resign. And Im not talking only about Obama resigning for incompetence, corruptness, fraud, lying, and treasonous occurrences in his administration which are violations of his oath and violation of the Constitution, but also his entire political apparatus in Washington and those who contributed to the corruption. So there is plenty of material there that should create enough public support that they demand his resignation.

As for Obama, there is no way that arrogant, ego-maniacal, bastard would ever resign.
Zero needs to go. Now. NOW!!!!!!!!
I could not agree with this hero more. Where do I sign on?
yes
They’re not going to quit.
Nixon resigned because the Senate as per the Constitution was about to convict and remove him. He would have constitutionally told “the people” to go $@#@@ themselves otherwise.
Public pressure to resign is NOT one of the ways that we have a peaceful transfer of power, neither was it public pressure that made Nixon resign; it was the very real and looming threat of impeachment.
Truth is, they should all be tried for treason, placed in stocks in a busy public square to be mocked and insulted for a couple of days, then hung by the neck until dead from an old fashioned public gallows.
And I do not consider this foolish hyperbole.
This is precisely what the Founding Fathers would have done to these bastards.
Of course there isn’t nor is there any legal means but impeachment and conviction to remove Urkle. He will be there for us to despise for another two years.
It is curious that the republicans are awol right now. No message whatsoever. Where is there message? DeMint is the only mover & shaker, but he is tied up with his re-election campaign. Collectively they will come up with some meaningful opposition only when you and I ring their electronics off the wall. I am saddened to gripe, and hear gripe, day after day but fail to come up with a coherent plan of action ourselves. We must have a plan, some money, a candidate and a crowd.

Exactly. The saving grace of this country is that we can accept losing elections knowing that four years later we get another shot, with the opposing party obligated to vacate the premises if we win. But if we can't come up with a convincing argument as to why we deserve to be elected, then we lose again.
Holding one’s breath until one turns blue and stomping one’s feet while demanding that the winner resign because we don't like him is not a convincing argument.
There is a place in the Constitution that says if the people are not satisfied with the job they are doing it is thier right, no duty to remove them from office.
No, but Treason is a very serious charge and he is a traitor. He took an oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution, and he has at every step acted to do the opposite. He is intentionally destroying the nation. He is a Traitor and a Fraud. When his records are eventually uncovered he will be removed as a Fraud.
No, there isn't.
Treason is an extraordinarily serious charge, and I'm seeing too many conservatives bandy it about far too freely for what are, in fact, simply policy disagreements. Liberals are already making fun of us by posting that infamous 1963 flyer/ad about all the treason John F. Kennedy supposedly committed (which were also just policy differences).
Now if anyone can ever actually prove that Obama obtained the Presidency by fraudulent means, then removal is a fair topic to discuss. I don't believe anyone has done so to date.
Interesting. Today, for the first time, I thought that it might be possible that Obama may simply be pressured to resign from office for incompetence.
But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing the same Object, invince a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new Gaurds for their future security.
Say what you will about Clinton, but he was tough and he knew how to "act" Presidential. Remember "I feel your pain" and most people believed it. Obama doesn't even try because quite frankly I don't think he gives a damn.
