Glenn Beck is warning us to grab EVERYTHING we can off the internet because they are about to shut it down. They are about to shut down talk radio through regs, and even Fox News is in danger. He urged everyone to immediately connect with your local 9-12/tea party groups, your churches, your neighbors, etc. He urged us to let our local police and military know we stand with them, let them know who we are. Tell your pastors, rabbis, priests to read the sermons that led to the American Revolution. Read them. Do it now.

I still have no idea what the problem with using black boards is. As a visual learner, I find them very helpful.

My response would be the US will be the only country to let a tyrant take over, become a dictatorship without a single incident other than signs and tea parties. Do you not think they are well aware of this? Why do you think they are not even hiding it anymore. They do what they want when they want and if it doesn’t work out one way, they find another. Bribes, threats, cheating, whatever it takes. I’m no longer in denial, sorry so many others are.

What I meant was that to over throw a tyrant, it can’t be by peaceful means. Therefore the US will become a dictatorship because Americans will never use any anything but peaceful means. Ask the Cubans how fast it can change. We are well on our way. I give it a year or 2 at best.
Wonderful post Marie...I concur. What chilled me today (and I got to listen, as I was along at work) was Glenn’s repeating of what Obama HAS enacted: taking over banking, the auto industry, inurance industry, shutting down oil drilling; ObamaCare!!! A year ago, would any of us have believed ALL (or any) of that ould be true?

Don’t have ham but have a huge shortwave battery operated radio plus a cb radio. Also got a wind up radio for Christmas which is still in the box. Do they count? :}

This is why I've been tuning out more and more. I'm tired of talk show hosts trying to stampede me every time I listen in. Glen does great history, which is why I catch the show once in a while. This EOTWAWKI crap turns me off.
