ON THIS DAY, 64 years ago in Serbia...
General Dragoljub Draza Mihailovich was put on trial in Belgrade by Marshal Tito's Yugoslav communists beginning on June 10th, 1946 until July 15, 1946. He was charged with approximately 47 counts of war crimes and high treason, and found "guilty" on 8 counts.
On this day, July 15th, he was sentenced to death by firing squad. The next day, July 16, the Presidium of the National Assembly in Belgrade rejected the clemency appeal. On July 17, 1946 the sentence was carried out.
To date, as of July 15, 2010, the remains have not been found, and there is still no gravesite.

People should read a book called “The Forgotten 500” by Gregory Freeman. It goes into great detail about the role General Mihailovich and his Yugoslav partisans played in the mass rescue of shot-down USAAC airmen who were on the run from the Germans.
Roosevelt abandoning Eastern Europe and Mihailovich to the Soviets was a disgusting chapter of history.
I believe that the Soviets, through their highly placed agents in the US and British governments and media, convinced the Western allies that Mihailovich was collaborating with the Nazis; and that the Communists were the freedom fighters.

My father-in-law was a Chetnik and, before he slipped away to Alzheimer’s, he used to talk often about Mihailovich and the war days. He still has the general’s portrait above his bed.

Well, there is some truth that can be made to that assertion. And, one could also argue that Tito's deputies also collaborated with Nazis.
However, what is important to point out, is that there was a simultaneous Civil War going on in the Balkans, yet, within the broader war (i.e. WWII).
The bloodsucking English supported Tito and they turned their backs on the murders that took place afterwords.
Churchill’s tears over his abandonment of General Draza are crocodilian...his own party abandoned the Greeks in Cyprus in the 1950s. The other scummy party went mad by bombing Serbia in the 1990s.
There is no credibility or morality in British foreign policy which basically sucks and has so for a long long time.
The British (specifically Tony Blair) also invented the health care Death Panel, which in the UK goes by the Orwellian acronym “NICE”. Between the Death Panel and their traitorous actions against the Serbs, they’re getting paid back in spades, by the galloping takeover of the UK by islam.
Now our crazy-evil misleaders like obama and Berwick are buying into the Death Panel and all it entails. And look what obama is doing to the Serbs:
