Whoa! New Journolist Documents Show How Liberal Media Formed Plan of Attack to Destroy Sarah Palin

THE DEATH OF JOURNALISM– The criminals in the state-run media planned to destroy Sarah Palin. We all knew they did. There was even a movie made on how these leftist cranks obliterated the popular Governor of Alaska who enjoyed an 80% approval rating when she was selected by John McCain to be his running mate for Vice President.

“Media Malpractice” reported on how the liberal media destroyed Sarah Palin:

We either figure out how to fight this crap or we will be extinct.

And I mean the solution needs to be a take no prisoners approach where nice, well meaning RINOs say some “mean” things but display no backbone to drive the change that must happen.

IF Sarah runs in 2012, she ought to publicly repudiate the “lamestream media,” as she herself now calls it, and refuse all requests for ambush interviews and so-called debates involving the national media. She needs to go to the people directly through local media and by other means.

I think all Tea Party, conservative and non-RINO candidates should do this. The rest of us need to just ignore the LSM, they are irrelevant & we should just leave their cheerleaders as their only audience (it wouldn’t be very big).

They want us to talk about them - we need to completely shut them out - then they will wither away.

I beg to differ. The MSM did NOT destroy Sarah Palin; she now has tremendous traction that she might not have gotten had they ignored her. IOW, she’s a rock star, and they gave her the glitter.

We know this when the cockroaches decended on Wasilla.
Her church was mysteriously burned down.
She was tagged as being inexperienced when she had more leadership experience than mccain, oboingo and biteme combined.
She was accused of every ethical crime in the book.

I think she knew this was coming and just blew it off. Oh One more thing. Has any journalist moved into the house next to obama for the purpose of spying on him for a book?

I think she’s going to be the best fundraiser the Pubbies have going into the November elections. The Pubbies better pray she doesn’t splinter off to the TP and take a boatload of conservatives with her. But I don’t think she’d do that unless the NRCC etc. loses what little bit of a spine they have remaining.

Look, they’ve taken over the media, they’ve taken over acadamia we did nothing more than complain about it. It is to the point where the cancer is so obvious nobody is sure it can be stopped. In the case of the media the parasites have so infested the host they have killed it. It is rapidly becoming the same with education. Will it be much longer before a higher education will doom a kid to permanent unemployment because nobody will be willing to hire them?

She may have had more glitter if she was the first female VP had the information given to the public been accurate and true. The glitter coming from Sarah Palin is the grit and gumption she exudes from every pore of her being as she has had to fight every step of the way....and she just keeps truckin’...and she just keeps speakin’....and she just keeps smilin’.....she is an example of resiliance and resolve that has been totally lost in that bunch of spinning repetative talking idiots currently in Washington.

BINGO! I have been saying this same thing for months on the Rush thread. They WANT us to talk about what they talk about. Just ignore them for a week. Just a week. Talk about anything and everything that they would NEVER feel the desire to cover. See how it goes. If it goes well, ignore them for a month, etc.

Why don't you just give it a rest? Talk about trying to hijack a thread!!! Just because Palin might not be someone's candidate of choice - DOES NOT MAKE THEM VERMIN.

I happen to agree that Sarah got a very raw deal from the media - absolutely! I'm just not sure she would be my number one pick for president, I'm looking at all options.

I don't get my "talking points" from anyone but out of my own independent-thinking head!!!

Give it a break. I don't see anyone bashing Sarah on this thread, but you always have to try to stir it up.

We must stop giving them money. Would you give ammo to your enemy in a war?

Turn off cable TV - completely

Encourage your kids to start a business instead of going to college

Stop going to movies

find legal ways to reduce taxes (start a business)

feel free to add to the list ....

I agree, the msm did not destroy her BUT she got NOTHING from them. We the People heard HER and knew she was one of us with the same ideals and patriotism. That was the first night she came upon the scene. The msm saw the response of We the People and set out to destroy her.

She's not a rock star - she a private citizen who has a platform and uses it for the good of our country. What you call glitter, I call PATRIOTISM.

"The fix was in."

What else could they do but panic when they knew that their candidate would not stack up favorably against Palin with any voters other than the 'RAT base?:

"It should come as no surprise that Democrat voters prefer a feminine man to a masculine woman, although both are infinitely preferable to a manly man. It is odd that one of our two major parties has no room for one of the three modes of humanness, manliness (as opposed to mannishness), but it's true. ..."

Ethics violations galore, here. These so-called reporters should all be fired. We need to pressure their bosses for that. Were any existing laws on campaign contributions violated? Because certainly these media people were actively contributing their support to the campaign.

However, there probably is room for some ethics laws about media, that need not bleed into censorship. For example, there could be a requirement to post, with each news story, the amount of campaign money contributed to a candidate, elected official or their party by the reporter or the news agency. There could be requirements that news stories may not omit crucial information that might contribute significantly to the viewer's opinion. (Yes, hard to avoid censorship there.) Corrections to stories must be posted with the same or greater prominence as the original story. Who to enforce? Certainly not our crooked executive branch. Even if we get a conservative president soon, the termites are deep there. So, we're left mainly with citizen activists, sometimes in concert with conservative officials, loudly demanding fairness. Still, a few new rules could have enough teeth to help. Maybe a news organization should set the bar by voluntarily adopting ethics rules that are better than their competitors’. It could be a good marketing tool for a media organization.

...We just didn't how. Rush called it "the DNC fax list" or something.

Rush has been emphasizing the uniformity of the media spin for years now. The source of the talking points has been speculative. The pattern seemed to be: NYT first, the rest of media next. As though the Times editorial staff was the ultimate source.

That there'd be a web community hammering out the spin, loosely affiliated with a big paper,(the Post) isn't surprising, but it is big news. There is a lot more still to come on this story, and I see it as the biggest thing to come out since Rathergate in the effort to expose the MSM as the democrat propaganda organ that it is.
