The original intent of the 14th Amendment was never to grant “anchor baby” or “birthright” status to illegal aliens bent on gaming the system here in America. Unfortunately, that’s how the liberals have interpreted it and thus allowed the system to be misused.

Thousands of Filipinas were hunted down by INS and deported in 1970`s-80`s for attempting marriage-to-US citizens -pregnancy for green cards scams.
Precedent has to be applied to the law for illegal immigrants crossing the border with birthright BS. Every illegal is equal under the law and the law has to be applied evenly, justly.- It appears we have one set of laws for Philipinas and another set for illegal Mexicans etc.
Otherwise, deported Filipinas should file for class action lawsuit for discrimination under Justice system.

This entire game...is rigged for Latinos only. You would think that the only illegals in existence today in America....are Latinos.
