Franken was elected to the U.S. Senate after the Democrat received 312 more votes than Norm Coleman in a recount. However, a subsequent investigation by Minnesota Majority found that hundreds of felons participated in the 2008 election even though they are not legally entitled to vote. This is significant because felons historically prefer Democratic candidates 85% of the time, so Frankens narrow margin of victory may have resulted from lax enforcement of voting laws in Minnesota. Investigators found that 393 felons voted in just two of Minnesotas 87 counties. If you consider only the first two counties, it is very likely that Coleman, a Republican, should have won. Considering votes cast by felons in the remaining 85 counties, it is virtually certain that Franken lost the election and hence never had a right to be a United States Senator or a right to vote for ObamaCare, which would not have passed without Frankens support.
Mark Ritchie is Minnesotas Secretary of State, making him the states chief election officer who is responsible for the integrity of their voter registration system and elections. According to John Fund of The Wall Street Journal, Ritchiea Democratwas the ACORN-supported candidate through a George Soros group . . . and there have been a lot of accusations that he has not been particularly playing it on the level with regard to this race.
Mr. Fund commented, this would explain why when Minnesota Majority took their complaint to the Justice Department, they never heard back. He added, Every state, not just Minnesota, has lots of felons who are ineligible to vote, but there is very little enforcement; almost no one has been prosecuted on this. Washington state had a governors race a few years ago decided by 131 votes; more than that number of felons voted illegally.

And Pawlenty, who wants to be president, sat on his a$$ and watched it happen without a mere whimper.
Okay, we KNOW that there is a huge problem with RAT voter fraud.
The 64 Thousand Dollar question is: Just what are we going to do about it? We already know that Eric The Red isn’t going to actually enforce voting laws, so what do we do?
Pawlenty is a joke.
We demand there be enforcement, or every election forever more will be computerized with fraudulent games. A dead voter here and there, a felon or two, and then it adds up, or manufactured almost immediately, why bother to even vote anymore?

“why bother to even vote anymore...”
Which is exactly the reaction the Rinocratic Oligarchy wants of their subjects.
It is MOST critical to vote. and to participate enthusiastically in getting out the vote..in numbers to transcend any attempt at fraud. And upon winning to drive home the advantage and clean house in the precincts. It’s civics 101. All of our futures and grandkids futures depend upon our exercising our civic responsibilities.
Why does John Fund think this could be undone now? I knew it was fraud. By the way - Charlie Crist gave felons the vote in Florida.
Republican misplaced ballots....gone for good
Democrat misplaced ballots......found and counted over and over
Republicans that defend the legitimate citizens and voters of America from fraud.........MIA
I hear noise, but I see no actions
When supposed conservatives like Palin, Brewer, Pawlenty, Myth Romney and other people support Democrats and Imam supporters like McCain - what is the point in voting?
The entire media backed McCain. ALL the TV channels support The Imam, Islam and The Victory Mosque including Fox/Saudia.
Soap box - out. Ballot box - out. Jury box - out. Cartridge box......
Roger.
All ready on the right!
All ready on the left!
All ready on the firing line!
When ballots mean nothing bullets mean everything.
A lib will fib.
this may actually be a good test case for civil disobedience. I agree that if they are not going to enforce the law before them, then it’s tar and feathers time. But it may be more effective to get large numbers of Minnesotans (?) out in the street in “passive protests” to ridicule, challenge and push the bad actors who won’t enforce the law. Pressure on the governor and the legislature might be in order....
They also railroaded Ted Stevens and changed the Law ex post facto to let Kirk take Kennedy's place. That's three Senators whose seats were stolen by the RATS.
I’m taking off work on Election Day and sitting across the street from my polling location with a video camera paying special attention to the license numbers of vans that show up with more than two voters.
