D'Souza is tight with Laura Ingraham, to whom he was engaged but never married, and Ann Coulter. Mmm what a lucky man he is. Rab wounders about the shared anti-birther connection.

BOOYEA!

D’Souza was RIGHT ON TARGET!

Hit one outta tha paaaaaaark!

Personally I thought his article made 100% sense. It explained so many things which were just completely incongruous, until you looked at them from the correct perspective.

Yep, the WH response tells me he was RIGHT on target. He nailed bambi right where it hurt.

In the interview, D’Souza says he explicitly rejects the notion that Obama was born anywhere but Hawaii....

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

So?...What special proof has D’Souza seen? Huh?

If he claims to be an after-birther his chances of being invited on Fox are a lot better.

See also L. E. Ikenga's articles last year on American Thinker. A year ago last June, Rush Limbaugh read aloud her article Obama, the African Colonial.

Robert Gibbs: "I think it represents a new low."

C'mon Gibbsy...didn't you read Robin of Berkeley's "A Shrink Asks: What's Wrong with Obama? That was much rougher on the anointed one. D'Souza let your boy off easy.

“a fact-twisting, error-laden piece of paranoia” and “the worst kind of smear journalism—a singularly disgusting work.”

High praise from WaPo.

Well I haven’t read but I assume this is the article that has the peudo conservative David Brooks all bothered?

Obama and his life bore me. I hadn’t bother to read the article because I just don’t care about understanding him in that detail. We know enough to beat him. Anything else is a matter for therapy or for evangelism. I’m not a therapist and I don’t anticipate being in his presence to reach his soul.

I read this hoping for a brief synopsis of what was so objectionable and found very little content from the book contained within. Mostly outage whatever it was he wrote was printed. Turned out reading this was a waste of time. Now I may have to read the article if the hissy fits continue.

“Did they not fact-check this at all, or did they fact-check it and just willfully ignore it?” he asks.”

Man they’re squirming over this. Just read the article, nothing of substance that D’Souza stated was challenged by Kurtz. Just a lot of smoke and hand waving from Gibbs.

D’Souza has really hit a nerve and they’re going after Forbes. Zer0’s identity is being revealed primarily through his (supposed) autobiography and the WH is mad that someone is connecting the dots.

"It's a stunning thing, to see a publication you would see in a dentist's office, so lacking in truth and fact," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs says...

Well, that's a great rebuttal. Most dentist's offices have Time and NewsWeak and a bunch of children's story books. The kid's books being the most serious of all. Good one, Gibbels!

Here's a little something the president without a birth certificate that can be shown to the world questioning it, democrats and the media haven't really "gotten the news out about..."

Report - Los Angeles spent $70 million in stimulus funds to create 7.76 jobs

A new piece of evidence has emerged in the debate over the effectiveness of President Obama's 2009 stimulus package, and it's not good for Democrats. According to two newly released audits performed by the Los Angeles controller, L.A. spent enormous portions of the $594 million in stimulus funds it received on projects that created or saved just a handful of jobs. All told, the audits — available here and here [pdf] — examined $111 million in stimulus spending by the city's Department of Transportation and Department of Public Works, and found that the money went to projects that created or retained just 54 jobs. That works out to roughly $2 million per job.

The $71 million that went to the Department of Public Works, which funded 15 road-surfacing and similar projects, was projected to save or create 238 jobs. But according to the audit, the money created just 7.76 jobs — or slightly more than $10 million per new job — and saved 37.7 (the fractions are a result of calculating the number of jobs by hours worked). The Department of Transportation's $40 million created or retained just nine jobs, the audit found.

OLoser’s first act in the Oval Office was to ship back the bust of Churchill to England. He hates Britain and anything British.

First phone call to a foreign entitiy: Hamas.

Bows to the King of Saudi Arabia.

Apologizes to the Muslim world for America even existing.

Loves the sound of the guy in the minaret at sunset chanting the Shahada.

Yes, he’s a Muzzie.

Yes, he hates Britain.

Yes, he hates America.

And so has everyone he ever hung around with, including his mother, his grandparents, Frank Marshall Davis, his college buddies, his Chicago contacts, Bill Ayres, Rev. Wright, Valerie Jarrett, etc.

"Columbia Journalism Review Columbia Journalism Review this week called the D'Souza article 'a fact-twisting, error-laden piece of paranoia' "

Well!! If someone wants to reinforce their argument, Columbia is just the reference.

PS - Hmmm, Columbia, Ayres, Hussein. Is there a connection?

Its interesting to read the attacks on the article on the comment section, most seem to fall into a couple of categories 1) Obama had no contact with his anti colonial father therefore the father could not possibily of have had any influence, and therefore this cannot explain Obamas motives as being anti colonialism while, 2) They are saying America was founded on anti colonialism therefore Obama is a true patriot, and really is anti colonialism and they are proud of this!

Note that 1) and 2) are mutually exclusive, such that with argument 1) Liberals try to distance any ideas that there causes are anti colonial. While 2) liberals have no objection to be called anti colonial! Typical, first they will deny and lie, but when they loose that argument then they try to change the language to make something derogatory sound as good, (like killing babies is pro is choice).

Regarding the anti - colonial roots of the US, while this is somewhat true, this political agenda was 200 years old, and what was anti - colonial 200 years ago, does not have the same meaning as it does in the present, which today has nothing to do with expansion, and subjugation of otherwise independent cultures, anti - colonialism objections today are really short hand for anti capitalism, anti – freedom, anti-Christian doctrine. So it is telling, that liberals, concede proudly that Osama is anti - colonial in the terms of the current meaning of the word, which is basically means anti American.

D’Souza nails the Obama Agenda, and uses Obamas Father as just one example of the circle of influence surrounding the young Obama and his family with its 3rd world anti American roots.

AND note one last thing, if Obamas 3rd world influences as a theory is wrong as a means to explain the seemingly illogical Obama Agenda, note liberal bloggers are not stepping up to deny the facts that Obama Agenda does not like putting Americans first, and that is how D’Souza nails them, Gibbs and the like are so busy trying to spin the web of how the theory is based upon myths and lies, while making no attempt to deny that Obamas is not acting in the best interest of the western Judeo-Christian culture, and they offer no reason why or deny that the Obama agenda is not supported by the majorty of the american public.

There’s a Jack Cashill piece over at American Thinker (don’t have the link handy) that does rebut some of Dsouza’s piece. The main thrust of his rebuttal is that Zer0’s “father” the Kenyan did drop out of the Zer0’s life early on. But he goes on to point out that a lot of what Zer0 did get was based on similar points of view from his mother and from Ayers, who wrote the book Dsouza claims was all about Zer0’s daddy. Zer0’s foundation, viewpoint and beliefs are (if I read it right) the same, it’s just the source that’s different. That is, he’s still doing the things Dsouza says he is, but they’re a result of Ayers’ influence (and others of his radical friends circle), and not directly from his father.
