Left-Wing nutjob "blogger/part-time radio host" threatens to KILL Supreme Court Justices
HorsesAss.org ^ | 11/3/10 | Goldy

Posted on 11/03/2010 7:50:13 PM PDT by PugetSoundSoldier

From HorsesAss.org (a left-wing blog/ranting site for leftists in Seattle, run by David Goldstein, local Marxist and sometimes-radio-show host:

Our Founding Fathers put the Second Amendment in there for a reason, and that was to enable the People to protect themselves against tyranny. In fact, it was Thomas Jefferson who said that it’s good for a country to have a revolution every twenty years. I hope that’s not where we’re going, but, you know, if the Republicans take our nation the way they promise to take it, my fellow patriots on the left are going to start looking toward those Second Amendment remedies and ask ourselves, what can we do to turn this country around? And I’ll tell you the first thing we need to do is take some Supreme Court justices out.

I wonder if the Secret Service will have a little visit with Goldy? Nah, not with the Holder Justice Department around!

Nutjobs are seriously losing it. I have reported this to the local Secret Security office in Seattle (fat chance they'll do anything, though) - hopefully others will as well! Threatening to kill Supreme Court Justices is a serious issue...

I think “Goldy” has been drinking too much of Seattle’s designer coffees.

I find myself almost wishing they would be that stupid. If they want to get violent, I would have no problem liquidating each and every last one of them.

That’s pretty funny, a liberal with a gun. Oh wait, Lee Harvey Oswald defected to the Soviet Union and then returned with an interest in “Fair Play for Cuba.”

...if the Republicans take our nation the way they promise to take it...

Yeah, 'cause getting back to a Constitutional Republic as the Founders intended, with prosperity, liberty, and freedom for everyone is such a crazy idea/direction... :-/

That whole life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness thing...those are such 18th Century concepts. Now, the socialists on the left want to "redistribute" my wealth, trying to buy happiness for people unwilling to work for it, at the expense of my liberty and happiness. H*** No!

Second Amendment remedies? You don’t say? But I thought only right wing nuts wanting to impose theocracy would ever think of such a thing? So if the Second Amendment means what it says, maybe the rest of them (along with the entire constitution) mean what they say too. Which means that, if you can’t grasp the irony, maybe your entire libtard mind is a stupid mass of confusion and ignorance.

Yes, a unionized government worker sees it’s from a wacky Liberal and it vanishes. If this were from a Right Winger, CBSABCNBCCNNNPRPBSMSNBC, Holder and Napolitano would be aleered. Libtards terrorists are ‘homers’ by the regime.

>Threatening to kill Supreme Court Justices is a serious issue...

Yes, but given their life terms isn’t the only way to be rid of them to end their lives?
Actually no, the Constitution mentions “good behavior” as a qualification for judgeship and it stands to reason that impeachment for their offenses is reasonable... but wait, there’s more!

Because the Supreme Court has assumed the position of declaring what the Constitution says or does not say they can simply say that such a removal attempt is unconstitutional. The Judiciary’s contempt for the Constitution and disregard for it as a higher authority than themselves is a *LONG* tradition. They’ve given themselves the power to add things to the Constitution, they’ve given themselves the power to take things from the constitution, it would not be unfair to call them the Black Robed God-Kings of our government.

Consider this: in 1798 there was a case [Calder v. Bull] where the Supreme Court declared that the prohibitions against Ex Post Facto laws applied only to criminal law. {There are two prohibitions Art 1, secs 9 & 10}
This allows the Congress to do things like make retroactive changes to the tax-laws, under the claim that such laws are “regulatory in nature” and not criminal.
Yet, if you violate those ‘regulatory’ laws you are prosecuted in CRIMINAL court.

Take, Keelo v New London [2005], the Supreme Court allowed [and condoned] the taking of private property from a private citizen, for development by a private company! Despite the qualifier “public” concerning eminent domain: “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” The ‘Public Use’ that the local government used to justify these actions was that they “projected higher returns in the form of taxes.”
So not only was there any actual use, but it was predicated on PREDICTIONS; little more than “I think we’ll get more money if...”!

Take the refusal to intervene on the GM/Chrysler bailout; while it is arguable that the High Court should-be/is passive the Constitution clearly says that Congress [not the Executive] has authority over the rules for bankruptcies BUT THAT POWER IS NOT UNLIMITED, the Constitution also prohibits the making of laws imparing the execution of contracts. The bondholders have a legal document backing the bond WHICH COVERS BANKRUPTCIES and the GM/Chrysler takeover utterly VIOLATED them.

Take Roe v. Wade; several of the States had laws regarding abortions ant the Supreme Court nullified them based on *PENUMBRAS* and *EMANATIONS* of the Constitution!!
Am I the only one who thinks that sounds EXACTLY LIKE THE EQUIVALENT OF MENTAL MASTURBATION!?

But EVEN IF they legitimately had the power to declare what the Constitution *is* then ANY DECISION BASED ON A DISSENTING *OPINION* OF A PREVIOUS CASE WOULD BE UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

{YES, I’M PISSED OFF! YES IT MAKES ME ANGRY! #### THE SUPREME COURT AND IT’S ARROGANCE!}

People who boast like this aren’t the ones you should worry about. He only knows how to use his big mouth, not a weapon. Put a weapon in his hand, he’ll drop it and run. This clown would leave the country at the sound of the first shot if it ever came to a revolution.
