Riehl World View ^ | 11/20/2010 | Dan Riehl

Posted on 11/20/2010 4:38:37 PM PST by Lakeshark

"Barbara Bush Should Shut Up," says Dan Riehl. Oh no. Not our Bar. Painful to acknowledge, but after a lifetime of embracing the former first lady's persona of outspoken authenticity, we have to admit she no longer speaks to us. See below for details. Above, GHWB and Barbara in a Larry King interview that will air Monday.

So, let me get this straight..the new policy of FR is to completely trash anyone who utters a harsh word about Sarah Palin, right?

I get the impression that McCain and the Bushes don’t like Palin because she’s not a ‘New World Order’ shill.

The biggest mistake Reagan made was having Bush as V.P...he was a RINO...he could have carried on Reagan's agenda but no ...he wanted to get along with the RATS...

Pretty much.

In fact, you can get trashed for even mentioning the possiblity that she might not be the best possible candidate for 2012.

There are more than 300M people in this country. 50M to 75M are conservative adults eligible for the presidency. Why in the world have we fixated on one person three years out?

the former first couple should show the same class Reagan showed them.

Why would they?

GHWB didn't even show any class towards Reagan with his "Voodoo Economics" slur, referring to the free market processes Reagan supported.

Who would pay attention to this spent old baby killer UNLESS she bashed Palin or other real American? What an unseemly spectacle: this silver spoon, country club Republican harridan pandering to and groveling before those who despised both her loser husband and disloyal, cowardly son. Yes cowardly: Bush 43 would not pardon Libby even though he KNEW Scooter was the innocent victim of a political lynching. Because he feared the Liberal Media. These people should just go away. They have done enough harm.

I think it has less to do with Sarah Palin, and more with Barbara Bush chiming in on a political hot-potato topic like a dutiful gossip girl for a slimy little weasil like Larry King, and GHW sitting there nodding approval.

“Rather than Sarah staying in Alaska, perhaps our former first couple can simply stay out of sight for a while.”

You mean the North East liberals.

The Globalist fBush family should slither back under their rock.
That’s putting it pretty hard? You really think so? Well Bush 41 and Bush 43 laid the ground work to usher in Barrack Obama. And leaving the borders wide open also ushered in a hugely under estimated number of criminals and parasitic illegals who have been bankrupting our states against the wishes of the American people!

If Sarah Palin, or any other proven Conservative, gets the nomination for president, the wide awake Tea Partiers will insure that candidate’s success.

Let’s pray that the freshman Congress will cut funding for any unconstitutional programs, and trim the sails which have outlived their usefulness! In other words, that they will abide by their promises to their constituents.

Bzzzt!

Not quit.

Try this:

People are saying harsh words about Barbara Bush, who said harsh words about Sarah Palin.

I agree with you — quote of the day.

Bar is a pro-abort country club social liberal. That is all we need to know.

Nothing wrong with being angry. In fact, we should all be angry at the way things are going.
