OK, quick remediation:

It all depends on the contagion/reanimation mechanism. Some zombie outbreaks result in slow-moving, Romero-speed walkers. Other mechanisms, like the T-virus or Rage, result in Sprinters. Still others result in a mix aka The Walking Dead.

So pay attention from now on, damn it...

Personally, I think all members of the ZPL must own either L4D or L4D2 for practice purposes against them annoying running zombies.

Sorry I haven’t been able to play online with ya, Comedian. I’ve been setting up a dedicated server thing on my home network for my Sons to be able to play. Unfortunately, they’ve been more interested in playing Garry’s Mod these days -which prevents me from finishing the setup.

Also, the more plausible zombies (e.g., rage virus zombies) aren’t actually dead at all -— more like people with rabies.

In such outbreaks, head shots are not necessary, but that advantage is somewhat limited, in that rage virus zombies are damn fast and relatively smart/tool using.
