It's their money but liberals think they have a right to just take as much as they want to pay off their reckless spending spree!!!

If I’m not mistaken, that is the exact same list as the enumerated powers in the Constitution.
This guy is wore, only because he’s smarter than Grayson and so will be more difficult to get out of office.
Using the same logic, I can then steal the remaining monies and property from someone after they pass on but it’s not really theft. Unfortunately, with the rats, logic isn’t important but emotion is.

Weiner obviously has no understanding that some individuals work their whole lives to build a business, farm or ranch and pay taxes all the time they are doing so not being able to pass that business farm or ranch on to their heirs because the government demands double taxation when they die.
Exactly!!!! What’s so maddening is they won’t stop spending and giving our money away. Even when the people say enough, they just ignore us. They have made themselves the ruling elite and it’s way past time for them to go. And that goes for the RINO’s too.

I remember going to a Tea Party Rally in the spring in opposition to the Healthcare Bill. As we were in line to enter the halls of Congress, Weiner walked out the front doors and people were booing. He had that deer in the headlights look. It is funny how people tend to act big and tough or more like an a-hole when they don’t have a group around them. He should have to hold a town hall meeting and repeat the same things he said to Megyn Kelly to a live crowd. I predict a weiner performance.

If the deceased owns properties and production/ transportation facilities partial liquidation may be virtually impossible. The market for the business itself may be impaired. None of this matters to the vampires. The process will destroy businesses and their shareholders.
The money and resources you earned and were taxed on while you were alive will have half of it taken in taxes from your heirs. A small business would have to be sold to pay the death tax putting several people out of work.
