Here is video of Rev. Franklin Graham talking about Gov. Sarah Palin and her recent trip with him to Haiti to check on the Cholera Crisis there and to raise awareness about the tremendous needs there.
Graham praised Palin for the way she showed compassion to the suffering people in Haiti:
She came in with her smile. She would sit on the cots now you have to understand, a Cholera Clinic these cots have been soaked in urine and fecal matter, and vomit Cholera is a horrible thing and she just sat right there in the middle of it, holding peoples hands, talking to people, holding babies. It was an amazing thing. She is quite a lady, and shes not afraid to get her hands dirty. . . . She is a person that has a heart that has tremendous compassion for people. She loves people, and she cares deeply about people.
What a great testimony about the kind of person Sarah Palin is. Graham said that Palin has a very strong faith, and is a committed follower of Jesus Christ.

Go Sarah!
Uhhhhhhh....Frank......you're not saying she literally sat in people's urine, fecal matter and vomit, are you?
You're speaking figuratively, right? Right?
I absolutely can not imagine the likes of 0bama doing that same thing. Sarah truly cares about people... 0bama cares about 0bama.
I think Graham is saying Sarah Palin was unafraid to sit down on the cots with the suffering - cots that had been soaked with the effects of Cholera. It says a lot about her, doesn’t it?
To get that kind of compliment from the Graham family is not easily earned. Franklin saw love in action.
ah hahahahahahahaha! The mental image of the face that michelle or o would make at having to touch “those” people.
Is that how you show that you care about people? You sit in their urine, feces and vomit?
Can't you just give them a knuckle five or something?
How can that be seen as a good thing in any context?
Don't you think Sarah would be hygiene-conscious enough not to act carelessly? I'm quite sure Franklin was speaking about cots that had been soaked with those substances, not necessarily at the exact moment she sat down.
The libs still hate her for not having an abortion. They’re never going to get over that.
I’m sure the workers were doing their best to keep the cots as clean as possible. But in a third-world country as devastated as Haiti is, you can be sure they were not pristine. The bottom line is that she was not afraid to do more than go to the doorway and look in. Graham said she sat with the suffering, talked to them and held their hands. That is true compassion.
I sure as hell hope so.
I'm quite sure Franklin was speaking about cots that had been soaked with those substances, not necessarily at the exact moment she sat down.
Then why didn't he say that?
That is one of my biggest gripes about some Christians. They tend to embellish things for no reason.
As if it wouldn't be good enough to simply say that she sat with people who were suffering from cholera? He didn't have to make it sound like she plopped her butt right down in their filth.
You can be sure some of those cots were filthy. If she wanted to sit on a dirty cot and bring some hope and strength to a hurting or dying person, that is something she should be praised for. By the way - It’s Christians who are doing most of that work all over the world.
Ah, but cut Barry some slack here. After all, he is on the record with picking up dog poop.
This a really odd reaction to the story.
God bless Sarah Palin!
A lot of people tend to embellish things for know reason. I don’t think Christians do it any more than any other people.
The MSM will never even cover this story as despicable as they are.
