A new Congress begins two weeks from today, and if the American people sense that change is coming, they’re right. We got a preview last week when the president signed a bill that extends current income-tax rates for the next two years. After insisting for the past two years that the best way to help the economy was to send trillions of dollars to bureaucrats in Washington, here was the president praising a tax cut that, as he put it, would help business owners “take the reins of the recovery and propel the economy forward.”

We still have two weeks to sweat out. If, God-forbid, something were to happen to “Ears” and “Mouth”, it would still be “President Pelosi”.

We gave Mitch the ball and he fumbled it on the one yard line and then Obama scooped it up and ran 99yds for a touchdown.

Biggest error was New START and I think the GOP should have invested far more political capital into that one. And, it should have been invested 6 months ago.
And we have the current Congress ignoring thw will of the people and giving us one last FU as they are being kicked out the door.
It has really made us VERY vulnerable to attacks by non Russian Nuclear proliferators
The end result is
1) A much more vulnerable USA
2) Russia and every other country, including proliferators such as North Korea and Iran, are much stronger
3) A much less stable world due to artificial limits on the US
All is not lost. Tactical nukes were not part of this agreement. To a certain extent, Strategic nukes and their delivery systems are obsolete.
Perhaps we may have responsible leadership when it comes to managing or Tactical capability
At the rate the lame duck Senate and its RHINO cronies are going two weeks from now will be too late.
