FreedomWorks Poll
Freedom Works email ^ | 12-30-10 | Dick Armey

Posted on 01/01/2011 10:34:44 AM PST by foundedonpurpose

The Republican National Committee will raise and spend in excess of $400 million over the next 2 years. Normally the procedure of picking an RNC Chairman to lead the Republican Party is a closed process. The 168 members of the RNC vote to choose the new chairman in early January 2011.

On December 1st FreedomWorks was given unique involvement in the chairman selection process. For the first time in history Americans were involved in the process of vetting candidates for the position. Tea Party organizers and real Americans could view and ask questions while watching online.

FreedomWorks and the Republican National Conservative Caucus (RNCC) have provided you an opportunity to influence the selection process. You can now view and share the questions and answers with your friends and neighbors. Please take some time to view the questions, share the video segments and then vote for the person you think most shares the Tea Party ethos.

The Tea Party ethos is defined by a commitment to a set of values including:

1. A respect for our founding fathers’ views of constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets. 2. A commitment to show up to do the hard grassroots work that is necessary to protect our liberty.

We are looking for a RNC chairman who shares our ethos and is willing to do the hard work required of the next RNC chairman. Please vote for the candidate that you support.

Saul Anuzis (Attended) Maria Cino (Invited but chose not to attend) Gentry Collins (Attended) Mike Duncan (Attended) Michael Steele (Invited but chose not to attend) Ann Wagner (Attended)

I would love any input that you have.

Blessings!

All part of Dick Armey’s and Freedom Works’ “hostile” take over of the Republican Party I take it.

I have not given them a dime for years. But if we can get better people in place, it helps.

I encourage a vote for Saul Anuzis. He's from my neighboring state, Michigan. I've been receiving his newsletters for quite some time. I think he has the right ideas, and will pursue them vigorously.
