There has been almost no coverage of the press conference today on the introduction of the birthright citizenship law five states will be introducing at home. That was to be expected.
The abc video is the only thing I could find. You can also watch the protesters disrupt the news conference on the next video which got more air time than the actual conference.
Perhaps the National Press Club will have video on their website later or tommorrow. If nothing else, perhaps Rep. Metcalfe will have the video on his website

OK, MO, PA and AZ will introduce this legislation. Does anybody know which State is the fifth one?
You can read the very short bill here:

Thanks jdirt! I hope a lot of other states jump on this bandwagon.
WASHINGTON - Two Arizona lawmakers joined with legislators from other states Wednesday to unveil legislation designed to force the federal courts to reconsider the current practice of granting U.S. citizenship to anyone born in the United States.
The legislation
Advocates hope the legislation will result in a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court stating that the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was not meant to grant citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants.
Ping!
Thanks for update; (just caught it). Hope this is the beginning of ‘something big’. Strength in numbers. . .helps.
