The Left continues its campaign of demonization and lies against Sarah Palin and conservatives who dare interrupt their liberal narrative.
After four days of being baselessly and mercilessly demonized by the “mainstream” media and other liberals, Sarah Palin issued a statement this morning on their smear campaign.
The response from the Left on ABC News?
BOTTOM LINE: Sarah Palin, once again, has found a way to become part of the story. And she may well face further criticism for the timing and scope of her remarks. She is already taking heat for her useof the term “blood libel”
Their whining about President Obama and his planned speech at the memorial service for the victims of Jared Loughner seem to betray petulance that Palin would dare ruin this moment of greatness for Obama. They seem more than a little pouty that even after Obama “worked through the night” to dazzle us with his sensitivity and caring, Palin had to steal his glory by daring to interject reality into the liberal screenplay. What a bunch of punks.
The Leftist hate-mongering hypocrites in the “mainstream” media started blaming Sarah Palin and other conservatives for “heated rhetoric” and other nonsense before the blood of the victims is even dry…and they have the audacity to condemn Palin for the use of the term “blood libel” which accurately describes what the Left has done. Even Abraham Foxman of the /Anti-Defamation League, while he doesn’t like that Palin used the term, admits in a statement released this morning “the term ‘blood-libel’ has become part of the English parlance to refer to someone being falsely accused.” The use of the term to describe what liberals have done over the Arizona tragedy is all the more apt because the Left has used the blood of those slain by Loughner as ink to write their false accusations against Palin and other conservatives.
The liberal hypocrites in the “mainstream” media have the audacity to, before we even knew the shooter’s name, blame Sarah Palin and other conservatives for the actions of a deranged maniac…and then double-down on the audacity and hypocrisy when Palin defends herself to claim she has “found a way to become part of the story.” They made her part of the story.
The Leftist hypocrites in the “mainstream” media blamed Sarah Palin and other conservatives for the actions of a madman within minutes of the shooting, continue that smear even through today, then have the audacity to criticize Palin’s “timing and scope” of her defense.
The liberal hypocrites in the “mainstream” media within minutes of the shooting began blaming Sarah Palin for it, continuing that baseless narrative for four days…and when she has the audacity to dispute their lies and call them on the carpet for them, they say she’s playing the victim card.” Unbelievable! (If we didn’t know the morally bankrupt Left so well, that is)
This behavior from the Left reminds me of the wife-beater who beats the crap out of his wife, then blames her for having made him mad. Like the domestic thug, the Left expects Sarah Palin and other conservatives to apologize for having made them mad enough to smear us for having disagreed with them.
This is still more proof of the Leftist tactic of telling the most outrageous lie possible in the hopes of fooling people into believing them. After all, the average rational person, when they hear something outrageous like this, is inclined to think, “No rational person would make such an audacious statement if it wasn’t true. Therefore it must be true.”
Though this inclination is understandable, it fails to appreciate a couple of important realities: (1) verification of the facts of the claim remain important, and (2) the Left is counting on using a reasonable person’s on rationality to defeat the truth.
Not to diminish the horror of the very real bloodshed perpetrated by Jared Loughner on Saturday, but it may accurately be said that the Left has followed up his heinous physical act with the figurative act of slaughtering the truth and reality on the altar of political expediency.
The Left truly has no shame and knows no shame–and the American people are coming to terms with this pathetic truth. A poll yesterday revealed that the American people aren’t drinking the Koolaid you’re selling.
You Leftists: if you insist on doubling-down in your efforts to deceive the public, the new media will be there to continue exposing you. So go ahead–continue discrediting yourself in public. You are undermining what little credibility you had left, and are doing an even better job than we conservatives could do by pointing out the facts and the truth on our own.
