Neil Abercrombie, as Hawaii's governor-elect, said he wanted to end the controversy recording Barack Obama's eligibility to be president by releasing the state documents showing him to be conclusively a natural born citizen.
Abercrombie is now governor so what is the latest on the project?

Why do I get the feeling it’s at least possible BO/BS will resign instead of being arrested and charged with treason in order to avoid anything he signed becoming null and void?
ABCCBSCNNNBC/AP is totally committed to protecting Hussein. Someone somewhere sold them that exposing Hussein is ultra-bad “for the country” so we’ll see public crucifixions of non-believers before we see Hussein resign.
I’d love to be wrong, but ABCCBSCNNNBC/AP proved their mettle in saving Clinton from the consequences of lying under oath about his “private personal affair” and they’re sure they can do it again for this fraud.
My favorite news from yesterday was the Court Decision declaring that the NY Board of Elections committed fraud by certifying a British citizen (Obama) as the US presidential canditate in the 2008 election. The court also said that it was not the NY court’s responsibility to remove Obama; that would be the responsibility of Federal authorities.

I'm really getting tired of this kind of thing. I saw nothing in the link that indicates any judgement was made...just one person's account of something that happened in the courtroom that wasn't even recorded for the record.

How would his resigning effect the illegal actions while in office/ Only thing his R would do is to prevent impeachment. All other options are on the table.
Sounds like Abercrombie probably got a 'cease and desist' order from the White House. Now he wants to pawn off some supposed recording of the birth as reliable evidence, rather than supplying an original birth certificate.
I thought he was probably speaking out of turn when he first stated he planned to supply proof of Obama's birth in Hawaii. Probably won't hear much more from him on this issue.

Here’s what I conjecture:
1) Biden resigns for something, probably the bribery scandal he was involved with during the Bush years.
2) Obama appoints Hillary to VP.
3) Obama resigns and Hillary becomes P.
He resigns we get President Biden.
President Bidet will need a Veep.
Who better than the runner-up in the 2008 primaries?

My understanding is that the judge acknowledged the plaintiff’s position that there is a difference between native born and natural born...thereby going on the record stating there is a difference. Strunk has more work to do...

I am awaiting the entered order from the NYS AG and with it I will file for reconsideration within ten days for Justice Schmidt to review cure to the procedural matters accordingly.
Procedural matters:
In the NYS CPLR 3215 (c) as to the matter raised by the court in regards to failure to file a motion for default would be subject to “unless sufficient cause [is] shown why the complaint should not be dismissed.”
Crossing the “sufficient cause” hurdle along with the CPLR 306-b service ordered by the Court with the attached CPLR 307 service upon the state; and as for the referenced “vague” portions of the verified complaint and or the proposed FAC I have within ten days to cure the vagueness after the order of entry is had with a more definite statement with CPLR 3024.
In regards to particularity, CPLR 3016 (b) and the vagueness referenced by the court in re the cause of action for “sediton treason and conspiracy” as not being a civil action, I regard each as part of the proximate cause of injury as part of a scheme to defraud that has a 6 year statutory limit with CPLR 213(8) “an action based upon fraud; the time within which the action must be commenced shall be the greater of six years from the date the cause of action accrued (from collusion in re NBC on or about December 2005) or two years from the time the plaintiff or the person under who plaintiff claims discovered the fraud (DOS FOIA release July 29 2010), or could with reasonable diligence have discovered it.”
The court question as to why a new complaint could not be filed is now under consideration.
However, my motion for reconsideration will include a reworked Amended Complaint as welll as the Amended Summons.
