Something doesn’t add up here:
Back in June 2008, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned short form of his Hawaii birth certificate. When people questioned the scanning, a few carefully chosen media types were invited to attest to the underlying long-form document’s authenticity, including FactCheck.org:
FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as “supporting documents” to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.
FactCheck included pictures of a real document purporting to be a genuine long-form Hawaiian “Barack Hussein Obama” birth certificate.
Recently, the new Hawaii governor announced that he’s now going to make publicly available to all Americans, not just a few media partisans, the original long form birth certificate. One problem: He says that he can’t find the darn thing. Fortunately for Abercrombie’s abortive effort, the New York Times has reminded him of the same law Obama relied on in 2008 to keep his originalbirth certificate out of sight: only the birth child himself can release a Hawaiian birth certificate.

I have an actual real life story for this. My stupid ass ex-sisterinlaw had a Half white/black kid. She told each and everyone of her many ex husbands and boyfriends that the kid was Puerto Rican.

Why must you people always be so suspicious? After all, the BC could have been: left in a briefcase on the train? Burned up in a Haleakala eruption? Was reviewing them on the porch and they blew away? Could it be acid paper that dissolved? Shredded by accident for a ticker-tape parade?
Honest, I am just trying to get to the bottom of this issue once and for all.
I can only tell you what Gibbs said in that particular presser, I heard it my self.
It struck me at the time because he admitted that they had posted on the Internet what many of us to believe is a fraudulent document.
Like I posted, just an FYI so you are aware that he said it.
yeah, i mean if he has a fraud SS#, and no BC in hawaii- he is using someones elses idenity. his real name could be joe blow, and the rest fabricated. you know.. thats what it sounds like anyway
People already know all the fields on a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate and the race of the baby isn't one of them. The races of the parents are listed. I'm not sure if any state has ever listed the race of the baby. It seems like that information would not really be needed if you knew the races of the parents.
The Obama campaign sent the COLB to the Daily Kos as an email attachment on June 12, 2008. Kos said in the comments that the copy originated with the Obama campaign.
Same day, the Obama campaign also sent an e-mail to PolitiFact with a copy of the senator’s “birth certificate” as an attachment.
On June 16th, 2008 FactCheck.org released its article on the “birth certificate.” The article states they received the “birth certificate” from the Obama campaign.
Plus there’s the video of Gibbs saying about the COLB, “I put it on the Internet.”

This is why I feel so close to our POTUS.
You see "Barak" means something rather like "Lucky," in Arabic. "Barak," was the name of Muhammed's horse, for whom Barak Hussein Obama, father and son, were apparently named.
When I was a ute, I had a splendid quarter horse named Lucky, who greatly resembled our POTUS when viewed from astern. However, unlike our POTUS, he was well behaved and a very useful animal.
This 'reflection' about a birth certificate in Ayres' Dreams from My Father is just Barry and Ayers trying to give him some legitimacy for future office aspirations....whether it be Mayor of Chicago or as it turned out Illinois State Senate--->U.S. Senate--->URSURPER in Chief.

My understanding is that it’s haram (forbidden) for a Muhmmedan to name his son after himself.
But, I’m no expert.

AFAIK - Factcheck only showed/photographed a COLB (Ceritfication of Live Birth), not a Long-form Birth Certificate.
Of course I knew that already. Vince Foster showed it to me. (And a fat hippie named Aber-something or other)

Sorry to disabuse you folks, but this birth certificate on dailykos is an obvious fake.
The fake “birth certificate” just appeared Thursday morning on dailykos without any reference as to who released it or where it came from.
There is a link from the FightTheSmears website to “the truth” posting on MyBarackObama.com to it without any reference. (i.e. there is no “this is Barack Obama’s birth certificate provided to dailykos by person xxx of the Obama campaign”)
There is no provenance explaining where the “birth certificate” came from. In Hawaii, birth certificates aren’t publicly available and reporters’ requests for one have been ignored for months.
There is no explanation as to whom vouches for its origins or its authenticity.
The certificate number is blacked out. Why?
There are image artifacts consistent with forgeries and image processing. It’s not a real, unprocessed scan of a birth certificate.
It’s not certified. Hawaii state code provides that certificates issued by the department of health be certified:
“§338-13 Certified copies. (a) Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the department of health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate, or the contents of any certificate, or any part thereof. (b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original,...”
This certificate is what the Hawaii DOH calls a “Late” Certificate of Birth, and it is not an original Birth Certificate for a birth recorded near the date of actual birth. In Hawaii, anyone can claim they were born there and submit the evidence years after the birth to obtain a late “Certificate of Birth”.
“Who is Eligible to Apply for Late Registration? As provided by law (HRS §§338-15, 338-29.5), the following persons may apply for late registration: Any person born in Hawaii who is one year old or older and whose birth has not been previously registered in Hawaii, or that person’s parent, guardian, next of kin, or older person acting for that person and having knowledge of the facts of birth may request the registration of a late certificate of birth.
Doe the Obama campaign have a statement on this uncertified “birth certificate?”

There is definitely something that he wants to hide.
None of it should matter because he is not a natural born citizen by virtue of having a Kenyan father. I agree with the scholarship that indicates that a NBC is someone born on American soil to two citizens. Too bad that issue wasn't litigated back in 2008.
i think we should go back to the beginning on this thing- according to hawaii elections official (he has no BC in hawaii)- we know he has fraudulant SS#.. what else is fact without a doubt?
