Our Super Bowl goodies will be what we call around here a "Low Country Boil". Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, onions, whole new potatoes, and corn on the cob boiled in beer spiced with crab boil.
Can't wait.

I make really good pig foot soup. Usually people will try it not knowing the ingredients and comment that it’s delicious.

Replace the shrimp with bugs and thats what we had on the dock in Seabrook, Tx. We lived on our Yacht there for 5 years. What a time!
