I received a statement from a book company once stating I was in arrears for $0.00 and that they could not ship my next book until I paid the full amount due.
I called them and they could not figure a way to clear the acct. Honestly the lady asked me to send them a check for $0.00. I asked was she crazy?
I bought the next book at Borders and have never ordered from them again.
