It’s the story that won’t die – possibly because MSNBC doesn’t want it to, since it seems that it could delegitimize the Republican Party and conservatives: Taking “fringe notions” and portraying them to be mainstream, including the issue of President Barack Obama’s citizenship.
On Tuesday’s “Hardball,” host Chris Matthews led off his program and scrutinized the reasons why Speaker of the House John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor won’t condemn Republican members that question the president’s citizenship. His conclusion? Boehner and Cantor are collaborators, using the myth for political gain.
“OK, you know what I want to do something right now,” Matthews said. “I’m going accuse those leaders, they’re very smart gentlemen. Cantor seems like a good guy and of course, Boehner seems like a good guy. Let me just say this – I hereby accuse them of collaboration.”
Matthews explained that this so-called “collaboration” is meant to advance gains with primary voters and the theory is based on the Republican leaders’ unwillingness to attack those that hold views questioning Obama’s citizenship in the Republican caucus.

I thought chrissy the bafoon asked for obummers birth certificate a couple of weeks ago. Shouldn’t he condemn himself for wanting to put the issue to rest?
Chrissy was the original birther back in 2008, making assertions that Obama may be Indonesian.
Ever since those naked pics of Obama’s mom showed up. I’ll bet you any money those were taken by FMD. And if she was going to pose like that in the buff for him, no reason to think they didn’t do the nasty.
Harp on it portraying anyone expecting to see actual proof of natural born status as a crazy nut job.... All in the hopes of never being called on it.
Sorry, it’s as simple as providing the certificate... Yet they won’t. Charge them with willful disruption duty or deleriction of duty for not supplying the data while making a mockery of the Constitution
I heard Cashill in an interview on the Peter Boyles show last month teasing the release of his upcoming book. He discussed Obama’s origins with 3 different investigators, and each one came up with a different possibility as the father:
BHO Sr.
FMD
Jimmie Hendrix
Boyles asked him who he believed was the father, and said he leaned towards the possibility that it was FMD.
Several reason for arriving at this conclusion were:
1) FMD’s writings about sec with young white girl named Anna
2) The photos as you mentioned (in the photos you will see jazz albums - FMD and Stanley Armour listened to jazz music often at FMD’s residence)
3) Financial means to support Barry attending private schools
4) The Chicago connection
I am sure the book will have more. Isn’t it interesting that FMD and his white wife who he had 5 kids with divorced in 1970. Wasn;t that the time that Barry arrived back to Oahu?
And then I heard Andy Martin on Peter Boyles show from yesterday indicating that it was his belief as well that the father is FMD, and that the adults (Obama Sr., FMD, SAD andBarry’s grandmother and grandfather) made a pact not to tell Barry who his real father was until after FMD passed away, so that Barry could not communicate with him as father and son. This is perhaps the reason for the complicated relationship with his mother and grandmother.
Seems to make sense.

This is one of those charges that appear to blow off covers, but turns out to be completely banal and obvious.
Oh, gee, I wonder why politicians don’t endlessly lecture their own base. Could it be because they want people to vote for them? Gosh, if we called that “collaboration for political gain” it’ll sound devious, and we can pretend it’s somehow different than what every politician in the history of the world has done every day.
If Republicans actually encouraged birtherism and secretmuslimism, Chris might have a point. If they did it surrepticiously, he’d have less of a point, but still a point. Heck, even if there was tenuous evidence for the use of the left’s beloved “coded language,” he might have the shadow of a point. However, the Republican Establishment (tm) has explicitly, and on repeated occasions, repudiated birtherism and secretmuslimism.
What does Matthews expect? Weekly press conferences? Rote messages at all campaign stops? Highly circulated newsletters? Ads in local papers? When will REs (Republican Establishment [tm] types) be officially condemning birthers/secretmuslimers instead of merely openly and avowedly disagreeing them? When, I ask you?
Apparently, when REs start lecturing and insulting the birther/secretmuslimers. That is, the point at which REs risk alienating votes. In other words, Matthews and others will not be satisfied until REs insult their constituency and jeopardize their reelection. Forgive me if I think it’s a bit convenient for people to demand this of their political enemies.

Are you kidding? If you think Palin wrote her own book, I ahve a bridge to sell you. Ghost writers are so ubiquitous that one probably wrote your post for you without you knowing it.
Just remember that clintoon inc didnt see the fix in on the primary giving it to obama.They got played bigtime.

Her publisher was surprised to find out she had already written 20,000 words on her Going Rogue book. Check out the NY Times article called Palin World. It was a very fair and lengthy article about her. You’re perfectly free to believe what you want about Palin not writing her book but just dont expect anyone to take anything else you have to say very seriously at all.

I wouldn’t put it past SADO to fool around with FMD but that happened after the demon seed obama was born.

Obama Sr. was short in stature as is SAD. Barry is much taller.
I would like to see some photos of the offspring of Obama Sr. and his 2nd white wife. Can you provide a link?
And what's Obama’s excuse? All he needs to do is release a certified copy of his long form birth certificate and be done with it. $25 and 10 minutes - that's all it would take. If he's going to take Boehner and Cantor to task and accuse them of political maneuvering, why not include Obama in the blame game?
