MSNBC had on a Harvard historian blasting Obama and what usually follows revolutions. They were all dumbfounded. He won't be invited on again. Must see video:

I think he's referring to Yusuf al-Qaradawi the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood and a fellow associated with a Democrats, socialists, "progressives" and so on, as well as the Islamic Center of Boston. He didn't directly fire any shots as I recall in the 1981 Sadat assassination case but I doubt he shed any tears. He was tossed out of Egypt in 1962. Ended up living in Qatar. The pinko Mayor of London was in love with him.

Curiously, Qatar seems to be immune to protests -- or have there been riots there yet that I haven't heard about?

FEBRUARY 2011 : () For the first time since he was banned from leading weekly friday prayers in Egypt 30 years ago, prominent Muslim scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi will lead thousands in the weekly prayers from Cairo’s Tahrir Square on Friday.
Sources told Al Arabiya that a military force will accompany the head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars from his home to Tahrir Square, provide security for the prayers and accompany him back to his residence.
Al-Qaradawi last delivered a Friday prayer sermon in Egypt in 1981 after the assassination of former President Anwar el-Sadat.(Excerpt) Read more at alarabiya.net ...-——Banned Qaradawi returns to lead Friday prayers in Egypt

Why would the Qararis protest?

They are filthy rich to a man (three times higher GDP per capita than the US), AND their economy grew by 20 percent last year.

I guess they take to the streets to demand an extra yacht.

Their foreign workers though...

If they started to stir trouble I guess they would just get chucked out.

They have few, if any, rights already and are practically slave labour - and there is plenty more where they came from willing to take their place.
