Wisconsin [My method of dealing with this issue.]
Vanity ^ | 20 February 2011 | DJ Elliott

This is just my short opinion on how to deal with the unions in Wisconsin:

Just a thought - When the teachers took "sick" and then went to protest, they were commiting Fraud.

Did the Union "Solicit" this "Organized Fraud". Solicitation of a crime carries the same penalties as the crime. The Union leadership solicited how many counts of Fraud?

Under RICO, doesn't that make this "Organized Criminal Activity" and grounds for seizure of assets... With each and every teacher that participated facing 1 count and the organizers facing as many counts as could be proven.

I would accept the resignations of each and every one of the participating teachers - in return for not criminally procecuting them.

I would ask for warrents to see the Union communication and who specifically Solicited multiple counts of Fraud. And I would freeze their assets pending determination under RICO.

As to the union dues being automatically withheld, paying a kickback to have a job is governed under "extortion" laws. The investigation would be grounds for the payroll side to stop all such payments or face accessory charges.

The Union and supporters have too many skeletons in the closet. They and the politicians supporting would fold rather than face legal investigation and potential seisure of assets.

The precident would chill out the fights that are going to occur across this nation and Any seisures would help the budget...

Why is the end of the world taking so long? That’s the one question I have.

I know, I Know.
I had spellcheck disabled.

When you are using military acronyms spellcheck drives you crazy so I normally use it as a last part of editing before posting at my site - only this wasn’t posted there.

I plead guilty to being a lousy speller in the court of public opinion...

Because it is not supposed to be predictable.

Which is why I laugh at the 2012 predictions.

Predicting the end-of-the-world is a time honored waste of time with all the prodictions being wrong so far.

And we will not be around to determine the winner of that anchor pool.

The teachers that removed their students from the classrooms and took them to the protests at the capital without prior consent also committed a kidnapping, by definition. Kidnapping charges should be brought against each of those teachers - one count per child.

[Under RICO, doesn’t that make this “Organized Criminal Activity...]

That is federal law and would require action by the Justice Dept. Do you think that Eric Holder would ever sanction this idea?.

I wonder if the e-mails subpoenaed would lead directly to Obama? Hm? Interesting.

Of course, buried in all the jetsam and flotsam of electronic communication, there may be evidence that would prove or disprove Obama’s natural born status.

Sometimes I wish it would hurry along, too. Then I think about how woefully unprepared I am and hope for just a little more time! :)

Prosecution should be easy. Just sit a jury of 12 people who have never used a sick day improperly.

GOOD GRIEF!!
Everybody—and I MEAN everybody—in Washington knows that the O is a foreigner.
Period.
It simply is not politically correct to say so.
YET.

Wisconsin needs to go Reagan on the protesters asses. Fire each and every one of these teachers and public “servants”. I’m sure there are enough good conservatives out there to take their place - maybe that would be the way to turn the liberal education system around.

Brother you have nailed the million dollar question. I almost spit milk out my nose when I read it. Poignant yet sadly funny at the same time.

RICO is Federal law. Do you really expect the Obama Administration to accuse the unions of organized criminal activity?

At this point they could probably indict Barry under the RICO act.

File the charges.
Publically accuse them.

With Obstruction of Justice charges to follow if DoJ refuses to act.

How many total Fraud charges? How many Kidnaping charges? Solicitation of a felony? Consperiousy?

Lawsuits in parallel to force the issue and burn thier funds...
