NPR to Americans: you "better fund me" - Scare tactic by desperate racist National-Palestinian-Radio

Posted on 03/17/2011 11:16:34 AM PDT by PRePublic

This is a typical 'scare' tactic by the militant left, "If you ban me, you will lose such and such." Some of PBS programming are positive... as long as they don't enter into politics and religion, the method is to basically tell the American public that funding for the NPR is tied with having any Mister Rogers' Neighborhood on.

What a bunch of lowlifes, you are to be defunded because you are divisive, anti Judea-Christian and pro-Islamic racist, got it? Yet? NPR [NationalPalestinianRadio]? Do not make it into "GOP" VS others.

The argument for defunding NPR WBEZ - ‎44 minutes ago‎ If the Republican-led Congress has its way, federal funds for all public broadcasters will soon end http://www.wbez.org/episode-segments/2011-03-17/argument-defunding-npr-83860

On an NON unrelated note, Imam Rauf, in an interview with CNN's S. O'brien was insinuating that we "better build the GZ mosque, or else..." [In his deceptive words "radical will win."]

NPR is like having a national, government owned newspaper.

They could survive on their own, I think, but taxpayers should pay for it.

Neither would I, if the scope was sighted properly. *rimshot*

Any of the PBS shows that people actually would want to watch would easily find a home on a non-subsidized cable channel.

More sad news.

A Big Win for NPR
Editorial of The New York Sun | March 17, 2011
It looks like the showdown in the Congress over National Public Radio is going to end in a big win for National Public Radio...
And it's not funny that its fundraisers were caught on videotape as laughing about it being called National Palestinian Radio

I made the mistake of listening to NPR on a drive one time.

It gave such a biased, one-sided, factually incorrect presentation of a specific episode in Israel (of which I had personal knowledge) that I nearly had a wreck I was so mad.

On the bright side, I was new to US politics and media, and was very naive, thinking NPR was a nuetral media source.

By having personal knowledge of the lie, it put me on notice that NPR was biased, and eventually led me to despising the entire Democrat-Unions-Media-Biggovernment Axis (the “DUMB Axis”)

I know they understands Goebbels and the Nazi media machine==government media control is always agitprop.

They are angry because they want to continue the mass indoctrination into cultural Marxism—they are so close to achieving children who believe evil is good and good is evil. They are so close to creating mass conformity into their allowed group-think (PC thinking).

Can’t have truth and debate and the free exchange of ideas without constant indoctrination and propaganda into the unnatural and irrational thinking of the Postmoderns.

The truth always shows how pathetic and destructive their Marxism and atheism is for all societies who adopt their satanic, paganism, ocultish, irrational thinking....

...like homosexual behavior is good....all cultures are equivalent.....sexual morality has no effect on cultures and children....marriage is not the fundamental unit of a great culture.....women are the same as men.....roles are the result of culture NOT of nature’s design.

thinking NPR was a nuetral media source

That's exactly the danger of these bigoted-pro-Palestinian propaganda, riding on the false notion "we are objective" flag. In other words abusing public trust for Islamic fascism! Never, not once has NPR stop dehumanizing Israeli kids victims of Arab massacres. While the Arab "Palestinians" are so "poor innocent."

“There are MANY lefties in this country that brag how their only source for news is NPR.”

And they all seem to blather the same thing:

“If you get rid of NPR, then ALL media will be RIGHT WING!!!”

Don't make it about ideologies. If it were pro-Judea(sic)-Christian and anti-Islamic racist would you be in favor of funding it?

It is not one of the functions of government provided for in the Constitution and we are broke and can't afford it. Period.

Ever notice how PBS/NPR run their fund-raising campaigns around traditional-values programming (WWII in color, Irish dancing, the 3 tenors, nature specials, etc...) but never their pro-deviant, left-leaning, anti-American programs?

ABC does the same thing with Disney and their cable stations. They rake in tons of money under the Disney label with family animation films, family fun parks, and kid-friendly cable channels, then tunnel the money into weirdo pro-homo, anti-traditional, progressive cable channels and movie studios.

NPR is carefully scripted comfort food for liberals. Any discussion/debate will involve the far left vs. the moderate left. Thus whatever the outcome, the liberal listeners will always have positive reinforcement that their social and political beliefs are the correct ones. It’s like the american version of Pravda or Nazi propaganda.

And the icing on the cake is that inbetween these biased discussions, they’ll run little bits on the planets, science, jazz snob music, world events (but always with vomitous liberal bias as its presented), etc..... That’s how they try to justify that they are actually presenting high journalistic content. It’s “Were going to run another anti-Isreal/pro-Palestinian hit piece and afterwards their will be some music bites of Louis Armstrong and a couple factoids about the planet Mercury”.

With all the current events that occuring at NPR recently, I actually tuned in a bit the past couple weeks to see if it’s really true what is being said about them. All I got to say is whatever you’ve heard about NPR being biased towards the left, you don’t even know the half of it. It’s 100s times worse than even I imagined.

And ofcourse all day yesterday, it was bash Nuclear Power 24/7. And boy did they didn’t not disappoint. When talking about the nuclear plant outside San Diego, the entire piece revolved around:
1: A guy who fishes around there and now gets really spooky feelings looking at the plant and worries about it’s safety.

2: Then they drop some bites about how in the past, the regulators found some safety concerns, but NPR never elaborates on exactly what they were.

3: Then to wrap up the discussion, they bring on an architect whose one of the biggest anti-nuke activists on the west coast who wants all plants across the united states shutdown while offering zero ideas on exactly how all that power generation will occur with other methods.

I listened for a couple hours yesterday. I felt like was a poly sci major at Columbia and I was being spoon feed DNC talking points and liberal propganda in every class. That’s how best to describe NPR. After all this, my feelings on stopping the government funding of it has never been stronger.
