The following is not an exact scientific or mathematical rationale for why Glenn Beck is destined to rule the Talk Radio world…. but mainly utilizes the brilliant insight of the author (of course).
So here’s what I’m suggesting: a few year from now (maybe 5-7yrs) Glenn Beck will rise above the ranks of Michael Savage, Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity and even the great-one - Rush Limbaugh. And I mean in talk radio audience. (He’s arguably already #3)
First my qualitative reasoning: -he’s funnier -he works harder (with perhaps the exception of Hannity) -great team around him -very like-able… and can even reach those in the middle that appreciate common sense. -committed to his cause (beyond the money, fame and power) -as he changes personally..his opinion may change - just like a real human -he listens to others -he’s less predictable
Ok, now for some quantitative stuff: -already has a giant talk radio audience and has grown it at a crazy rate -because of his talk radio time-slot he will not have to take Sean or Rush’s

He’s no longer on the NYC airwaves because of poor ratings.
The guy to watch for is Mark Steyn!! Hilarious and super bright!!
Hmmm. Can’t say that I understand his appeal. I’ve only watched a few of his shows. But even when I agree with him, which is most of the time, all my sensors are going “this guy is strange in a bad way. He will crash and burn in a way that will hurt the conservative movement badly.”
I hope I’m wrong. But my spidey sense goes off whenever I see him.
Glenn makes fun of birthers and is not even a conservative. He is a POS like O’Reilly.
He is not even close to Limbaugh.
Considering that he’s not airing in the New York City market, it’ll be difficult to overtake Limbaugh or Hannity.
Hannity maybe, but not Rush.
Glen was on the radio before and he was pretty good, but not a Rush. His best part of the show was MORON FOOTBALL.

When pigs fly. Glen Beck has done some very useful stuff, but he can’t touch Rush.

Mark Steyn is an ex-Canadian like me, that’s why I could relate to the guy. Especially the treatment he got in my libtardic hometown of Vancouver. He has health problems as well which could impede his progress on shows.
