I remember when this announcement of birth in the Hawaii paper issue really got nasty on the forums a couple of years ago when it was rumored that someone had an actual newspaper from the period, not a re-print nor a copy from the microfiche records.
The real deal, and from what I remember they said no such birth announcement was there. That whatever we see now on the records was something that was edited. That the microfiche was altered.
Made one heck of a stir with lots of heated discussions, and then it suddenly stopped.
By the way did the First doge get euthanized, I have not seen or heard anything about Obamas dog.
