But, what follows tops it all. What follows should be the story of the century, in my opinion. What follows is the proof from the former Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, M.D, that Obama did NOT have a valid or official “original birth certificate” just days before the election.
And, it was right in front of our faces all along.
“Date Filed by Registrar” vs. “Date Accepted by State Registrar”
Not to rehash things, but the story really does begin here. These two terms have plagued the Obama birth certificate issue from the beginning and have fueled many questions about Obama’s posted alleged ‘certified copy’ of a ‘Certification of Live Birth.’ For example, what do they mean in terms of the legal veracity behind a copy of a birth certificate? What is the difference between the “Registrar” and the “State Registrar?” When would it be important that a record states whether or not it has been accepted by the State Registrar? Obama’s alleged ‘Certification of Live Birth’ shows only the ‘Date Filed by Registrar’ as opposed to the ‘Date Accepted by State Registrar,’ that’s why many people, including myself, have been curious whether that matters. By now, I am sure most of us are aware that Alvin T. Onaka is the ‘State Registrar’ in Hawaii, but who is the ‘Registrar’ to which Obama’s alleged COLB refers?

Late Filed one (close to the election!) would allow someone to say, “I’ve seen the birth certificate and it’s on file” and not be lying.
That looks like a signature stamp from Onaka on the back of the COLB. The “Standards for Copies of Vital Records” allows for a “mechanical means” for signature. Can’t have the guy signing all day. Think that’s a red herring issue.
This is consistent with the page numbers in the Index being not present on the page with Obama’s name. Can someone post that? Adding Obama’s name might have changed the order. There’d be more than the usual number of names on the role or it would bump names to the next page and mess up future pages.
Would Obama have a file number that early in the application process? Would that number listed on the shown COLB be so close to the Nordyke twins? Unless there are skips in the numbering system, how was a number/slot available for Obama?
Could there have been an older record (the long from) which ‘disappeared’ and something new was created to replace it?
So here is my question...
If there are like 25 different documents from different agencies, from different states and countries, who has the level of authority and access to remove, alter, or block their release? Think about that for a second... stop and think about that. If you had to block or get into official records at several universities, schools and county agencies, how is that done...? I’m good, but not that good. Could you do it? I don’t know anyone that could.
That is the part that gnaws at me. Sorry no democrat is that connected. There has to be an agency of authority that has that level of access to tell managers of such records, “You will give us this info and you WILL keep your mouth shut” and then have the ability to reward those that play ball.
Give me a reasonable answer to that question, and I think everything falls into place.
This is the question that had me stumped three years ago. It’s just not explainable from a political context. The agency of authority you mention would have to transcend politics.

Wasn’t Obama absent from an earlier Birth Index? The one where Hawaii sent a PDF.
Also, did you notice the CNN deal last night. Hawaiian official said Obama’s long form was in a ‘vault.’ Last month she told MSNBC it was in a ‘filing cabinet’ located on the first floor.
Maybe “vault” just sounded more legit?
When my friend went to the Dept. of Health in early March 2010, he requested the index book. He actually asked first if he could see the original book, and was refused.
I had given him a list of about a dozen or so names to look up, and we knew it was likely that many wouldn’t be there (Barry Soetoro being one for example) But when he tried to find obama’s, he couldn’t. He checked over and over, then looked up the last couple of names, went back and looked again - nothing. Now, I’ve known this man for twenty plus years, and I believe him. When he called me after leaving the DOH he sounded really stunned. He said several times that he just couldn’t believe that he couldn’t find it there.

As to the “vault” - well, they likely don’t want to make it so public that they keep the records in such an easy to access place. I do believe it would be in a filing cabinet from what I have been told of the place.

Some blogger requested the Index and was sent PDF pages. Obama wasn’t on there... and later appeared on the registry.
That led to the theory that Obama did a Late Filed birth certificate. Wasn’t in the old index but (weasel words highlighted in the article for this thread) was ‘in the records maintained.’
The only problem with that theory is: How did Obama get an index number so close to the Nordyke twins? For it to be a coverup, DOHH would have to assign Obama a nearby number of someone who had passed away. This, of course, assumes every number is assigned sequentially as babies are born and there are no gaps or ‘open numbers.’
Has anyone asked DOHH how their number system works? 151-1961-(index number). What does 151 stand for? Middle is obviously the year. Do they start at 000001 each year? Each decade? Or keep adding to the total number with every birth (as most state drivers license systems do).
Unfortunately you can’t request death certificates or birth certificates for those born in 1961 and compare the numbers.
A collateral (someone with same ancestors as Obama) can, according to Hawaiian law, request his (Obama’s) birth certificate. It’s in the statute. Someone like George, who seems to be pretty broke, would cooperate. Also, this assumes Hawaiian officials would follow the laws on the books.
Have you done any research on Obama’s visit to Kenya as a young adult? The ‘official story’ is Obama visited in 1987. Other sources say he was there in 1983 and SADO was there at the same time.
The Late Filed may explain Obama’s emergency trip to visit his sick grandmother so close to the election. No one as ambitious as Obama (throwing his mentor Alice Palmer under the bus, claiming he’d run for national office one day to everyone that met him for decades) would stop campaigning so close to the day of the election unless it were for political reasons.
He likely needed to submit an affidavit signed by her to attach to the Late Filed birth certificate form as evidence. Who else would be alive to attest to the birth?
He likely also claimed it was a home birth as there’d be no hospital records to back it up.
17,616 births in Hawaii in 1961 only 100 were outside of hospitals
Saw the above stat and it’s relevant now.
Has the indexed number of births for 1961 INCREASED from the old indexes to the currents? Be extremely interesting if that number ticked up. (1) It’s show these Late Filed BCs are, in fact, accepted. (2) It’d show one of them could have been Obama’s, which gives us more reason to see the long form.
Oh, that PDF is from the Post & Email originally. But it’s from the Hawaiian Birth Index. It’s different than the General Birth Index. There is a “general”, a “late/delayed”, a “foreign”, and the “Hawaiian” indexes. Technically he should be in the General. If his story is straight.
Which makes it all the more remarkable that the Index book has no date range. We have cross checked names that we have confirmed were indeed born in ‘61, and they are in there, so that part checks out. Begs the question - why is this book missing the official information of the date range?
I believe some others have asked the DOH about the numbering system. Never got clarity.
I haven’t done any research into obama’s travels. A few really good researches were doing that, so I did what no one else was doing. :)

Do you have any idea where the 100 born outside of hospitals number comes from? Does Hawaii keep stats on that?
I noticed that some individuals were listed as bi-racial in other birth certificates (Japanese/Caucasian, for example). Most states keep racial stats. Have those been requested for 1961?
I’ve seen some breakdown for racial stats for that time frame.
It’s like a spreadsheet, so not very useful for my purposes - it is getting a bit too much into the minutia for me.
The reason that HI in particular does the multi-ethnic thing is due to the HI Homelands requirements. You have to prove your lineage HARDCORE.

Obama won’t release the long form until there’s more political damage not releasing it than releasing it. Assuming it still exists. Supposedly (that Tim guy) says there’s an index record but the form itself is gone.
