Donald Trump is “really proud” and “really honored” to have been the game changer in getting President Obama to finally release his long-form birth certificate on Wednesday morning.
Trump said he was “really honored to have really played to have played a really big role in hopefully, hopefully, getting rid of this issue.”
Touching down in New Hampshire for a few private meetings, Trump held a press conference at local airport to discuss the just-released documents. While he still needs to “look at it,"
Trump said he hopes the release of the certificate will put to rest not just any debate about the President’s legitimacy but also the inquisition by journalists who have grilled Trump about his public remarks regarding the certificate.

Trump has already released his own birth certificate and told George Stephanopoulos he that would release his much-discussed financial records (Trump has reportedly experienced a couple bankruptcies and a fluctuating wealth) after Obama released his birth certificate.

He’s playing a foil for the democrats.
They are using this to defuse controversy.
It works well. BUT, it is way to early in the election cycle to matter.

Hilarious. This guy isn’t taking a break. I love how Trump, after a victory speech, is moving on to the collage records You have to just love how Trump has this loser against the ropes and just keeps pummeling him. Fun.
If The Donald does not make a big stink about this, it means he's a stalking-horse for Hussein, meant to inoculate him from further birth certificate inquiries.
Journalism is dead and no politician has said hardly a word about this other than Trump. Cowards and liars.
Pres. Obama releases his birth certificate... the question now is why did he spend millions of dollars trying not to release it?

Trump made them buckle. He truly is a master negotiator. He probably should be putting together deals for the country. He’s obviously very effective. He did in 6 weeks what no one else was able to do in almost 3 years

I wonder how that army of investigators are doing. in Hawaii. No wonder Trump refused to answer in that CNN interview what 'they found' after he claimed he cant believe what they are digging up. Now it time for Trump to put out what he claims his investigators found there.
He spent millions and sat and watched a man get convicted in a military court, serve time in a military prison and will be shortly dishonorably discharged. Let’s never forget that.

The way I see it, the Obama re-election committee just made Trump the most powerful Republican presidential candidate by releasing a birth certificate. Apparently they think that’s a good move.
They also probably figure that this will debunk the “birthers”. What about the “hiders”? Glad Trump has now moved on to the college records.
While watching the Obama presser this morning, I felt like I was watching the movie “Idiocracy”.....He has people’s business to take care of, like flying to Chicago today for a taping of the Oprah show.
Since the days of LBJ using an entire floor of the OEOB for his personal staff, allowing him to run his business affairs while in office, I don’t see Trump making a serious run the the presidency. There’s no way he would leave all the irons he has in the fire in the hands of any of his most trusted officers, including his son and daughter.
If he’s serious...he could say:
“I got Obama to release his BC. Nobody else could. If I can make a sitting US President provide what I’m asking for, imagine what I can convince OPEC, or China, to do for us.”
