No. Obama’s BC was irrelevant to his trial. Under the UCMJ, motivate is irrelevant to why you disobey an order.

But, a new trail should start in the court of public opinion on why Obama shows his document to benefit himself but not for a man he was sending into a war zone.
And before the legal eagles get their panties in a twist. I am saying Obama could have shown his LFBC the moment this guy balked, without specifically mentioning Larkin at all.
Just like he did today. That way there would be no legal precedent or implications involved.

I don’t think so. He was courtmartialed for refusing an order, and the judge declared, whether rightly or wrongly, that Obama’s birth circumstances were irrelevant.
I’d guess that the only way out is if Obama is finally discredited. Maybe this COLB is also revealed to be a forgery. And then the next President pardons him and arranges with the Pentagon to restore his pension.
I thought that was true when the whole thing was going on. Motivation is not the issue when disobeying orders. Same thing happened in Mike News’s case years ago with the blue berret.
But the judge is the one who said it could not be introduced because of the embarrassment factor. She could have easily stated that it was irrelevant but she didn’t. Instead she barred any defense using that issue.
Seems like something should be done about this.
We know Obama is a complete fraud so it is likely that the document is a fraud.

They put him there because they knew he would follow their orders without question. They had lost confidence that hillary was up to the job.
Obama = Zero
Larkin = Hero
