Producing Propaganda: ‘Mainstream’ Media Tactics
Dakota Voice ^ | May 26, 2011 | By Bob Ellis

If you’ve never stopped to consider how the “mainstream” media manipulates your thoughts, feelings and reactions to elicit a response favorable to their agenda, you should watch this presentation.

In fact, even if you have considered how the “mainstream” media molds the message to get you to feel what they want you to feel, this is still an informative presentation.

Just realizing that they are attempting to affect the way you think and feel helps you to maintain the integrity of your thought process.

Thankfully, the number of Americans who are onto this game has been growing for the past two decades, to the point that the majority now realizes the bulk of the media is a Leftist propaganda machine.  Unfortunately, even though they know this, many still fall prey to the propaganda.

Watch this. Be on guard. Don’t let yourself be taken in by the pap.  The greatest republic in history depends on your clear thought and clear grasp of the issues.

I watch commercials and it just floors me how MUCH they are willing to distort reality to push an agenda.

Outstanding video. Until conservatives go on the offense against the clever propaganda machine (mainstream media, Hollywood, etc.), we are doomed to the loser bracket. Why can't we have more conservative media?

Also, every talking head should be aware of the tactics in part 1 and should react to the slandering of Americans as bigots.

Take a look at the wikipedia entry on ‘Edward Bernays’.

We should ditch the term “mainstream” for “militant”.

Some years ago I found the perfect antidote. It’s called the “off” switch.

I’m pretty sure the most commonly used words in the NY Slimes, LA Slimes, Washing Compost, etc. are “may,” “could,” “might” and other words indicating the possibility of the event the mullet wrapper thinks the reader will not like. This is followed by the fish wrapper’s solution which is always a Communistic approach.

It works for us but we're not the only ones voting.

I particularly liked the 15 seconds it took for her to invoke Godwin's Law by referencing Nazis and how her looks or surroundings changed to more effectively sell her propaganda.

We ‘unplugged’ about a year ago. I would advise everybody do the same for a period of time.

If you can’t handle the silence, you may have your chains back at anytime.
