ABC News' George Stephanopoulos said the media plans on investigating all 23 of Michele Bachmann's foster children, tries to get her to say she'd eliminate the minimum wage, tries to stir up trouble between her and Palin, and debates her about the founding fathers and slavery.

I didn’t see a thread about MSNBC trashing her about John Wayne so I’ll briefly mention it here as another over the top attack.

She was in Waterloo IA and mentioned that this is where John Wayne is from and how we need that spirit that JW had. MSNBC said she is a moron because John Wayne the cowboy is from a place 2 hours away. And then they went on about how she probably meant John Wayne Gacy, rapist/murderer, who actually did live in Waterloo for a short time.

Stephonopolis is absolutely disgusting.

Our founders were raised in a country where slavery was the norm. The created a government that put all the levers in place to end slavery, a 200 year institution in America. Their actions put slavery on course for extinction.

Stephy can go to hell or Greece. Take your Pick Stephy.

His first comments, to set the tone, are to slap her in face about being a flake.

This guy is the ultimate scumbag.

there is no greater hypocrisy, than how the MSM treats conservatives, compared to Obama.

...if they’d done 1/1000th of this to Obama, he would NOT be president.

but, it is good our candidates are tested under fire, so the cream rises to the top.

Bachmann has said a lot of good things lately, like about NOT raising the debt ceiling. and if she said she’d do away with minimum wage, i’d stand and cheer her !!!

(anyone compare the recession and economy from 2007 to now, with the HUGE HUGE increase in minimum wage ?)

Foster children are usually carrying baggage from bad situations. They bring the baggage to the foster home. Everyone knows this. It will be so easy to exploit some of these individuals. The media will go after some and find the ones that still have scars. Putting a roof over a head and giving them stability in a routine does not always help a troubled child. Mrs Bachman should know they will work hard to trash her via the foster kids.

Equally frustrating is the fact that, for most conservatives, this media attempt to smear Michele Bachmann by seeking to find something negative about one of her foster children to trumpet is drearily predictable. We expect it - and we get it....every time. Obama has a history wrapped in mystery, hidden and ignored by the MSM while a decent, honorable woman, a U.S. Representative running for her party's presidential nomination, is going to have the life of every child she lovingly helped raise in a foster care program scrutinized and, God forbid, should anything as small as a parking ticket be found on their record, they will be humiliated and held up to the public as 'proof' that Bachmann is somehow 'unfit'. That person will be subject to national public embarrassment. Why? Because his or her foster mother is a conservative Republican running for the GOP presidential nomination and actually has a shot at winning. Frankly, I wish Michele Bachmann had shown more anger at the idea of the media attempting to scrutinize her foster children on the bogus premise that as the (foster) children of a public figure running for high office, they are now 'fair game'. Since when?

TEA party activists and conservative media should stop pussy-footing around Obama's hidden past. If one of Bachmann's foster or biological children are dragged through the mud, they should go after Barack Obama - not his children, who are rightfully 'off limits' - and demand to know why the man who wants to be re-elected president of the United States has his college records sealed and demand, incessantly, they be revealed. I believe they'll indicate Obama was registered as a foreign student. I would also like to know who paid for his top-tier education. Certainly not his family. We may never see this information but we need to use the pursuit of it to let the MSM know that 'going after' the children of Republican politicians has to stop. Make the case that Obama has never, ever been subject to the slightest amount of scrutiny by the MSM while they gleefully attempt to 'investigate' private citizens that were once foster children under the care of a Republican presidential nominee contender. Make them answer the glaring question: why? That we endure the MSM attempting to smear Republicans through their children is absurd.

The MSM has no moral authority to dig into Bachmann’s past until they look into Obama’s. Every time they open their mouths they need to be reminded of that.

Sorry, George. Michele ain’t biting.

I predict that in the near future Michele and Sarah will embrace each other onstage, with Sarah saying something like “One helluva cat fight here, eh?”

Once upon a time only Larry Flint would do an investigation of this type. What has happened? (Death of outrage)

He also ignored the debate over slavery and the tension resulting in the 3/5ths compromise which AlGore so famously, reprehensibly and without consequence, mischaracterized in the 2000 election.

Rather than the sub-human spin Gore put on it, the compromise was a good thing because it meant slaving holding states didn't have an unfair advantage over non-slave states when it came to representation in the new federal government.

I may miss recollect but I recall AlGore went so far as to try and scare black voters into believing Bush and Republicans would count blacks as 3/5ths of a person if elected!

Its interesting how he words the statement, "the media plans". They really are part of the progressive machine taking orders in unison.

Beck has a vision to help launch new Internet media, as a counter to agenda of major network and cable powers.

Bachmann held her own against Chris Wallace. Her immediate response to him showed maturity and class. She did not just sit there like a deer in the head lites in another “What do you read” moment.

Bachmann turned that one around against Wallace and she will make “Steppy” look like the snarky little wiener he is.

Some how I do not think Stephanopoulos interviewed Obama the same way? Now the media wonders why people think they are bias. Look no further than this interview and compare it to Obama worship and slob fest.

No Democrat would be treated that way. We need little confirmation beyond Michelle Obama's remarks in the past week about having had the media's help!

As a historical note, Al Gore's son, Al Gore III, was arrested around daddy's nominating convention for reckless driving and it didn't rate a blip on their radar. Compare that with the Palin daughters.
