Posted on 07/07/2011 8:03:19 PM PDT by Do Not Make Fun Of His Ears
Humberto Leal , a Mexican illegal alien was finally executed Thursday evening for the 1994 rape-slaying of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, whose brutalized nude body was found hours after he left a San Antonio street party with her. She was bludgeoned with a chunk of asphalt.
Leal was executed after the U.S. Supreme Court (by a 5-4 vote) turned down a appeal by President Barack Obama to stop the execution due to complaints by the Mexican Government and the U.N. justice court that he had not properly received consular access before his trial.
As with his lawsuit against Arizona over its mere upholding of Federal laws with SB1070, his unilateral approval for access for Mexican drivers in the U.S., and his virtual amnesty for Dreamer illegal aliens, Obama once again chose Mexico over the American people. This last disgraceful act by Obama was a slap in the face to the Sauceda Family who had waited far too long for justice, as well as the People of Texas, whose sovereignty clearly means nothing to him.
After the Supreme Court ruled against Obama and Leal, the Texas Gov. Rick Perry also refused to stop the execution thus sealing this savages fate. In his last minutes, Humberto Leal said he was sorry and accepted responsibility.

Obama, who tried to sue Arizona for defending itself, also tried to intervene with the USSC on behalf of this murderer.
“Remember the Alamo!”
GOOD RIDDANCE ! ! !
aYE. Damn happy this POS is dead. Just for that viva mexico crap, someone should push his carcass back in, and inject him twenty times more.
5-4......why does that not suprise me.
By only a 5-4 vote the SCOTUS kept the ICJ and the internationalists out of the affairs of the state of Texas. We’re that close to capitulating.
Between the 9th and 10th holes, it would be nice to hear a statement on this from Obama. I know its tough to set up dual teleprompters at a clubhouse, but why not? He’s got unlimited gov’t employees to serve his every need.
I couldn’t imagine living anywhere near that border; we have plenty of Mexicans up here, but they’re not responsible for a lot of the crime.
>>By only a 5-4 vote the SCOTUS kept the ICJ and the internationalists out of the affairs of the state of Texas. Were that close to capitulating.<<
It is frightening.
Viva usted en el infierno para siempre!
Maybe the black robed elites were close to capitulating, but the people of Texas sure weren't.
All hell would have broken out in this state, if they'd ruled the other way.
The only words in this article that have true meaning. May they linger and be used as campaign assistance for conservatives who want the Rule of Law in America enforced.
Viva BACK TO Mexico for illegal aliens of all ilks.
Vaya al Diablo!
Humberto Leal: Viva Mexico!
Bl. Miguel Pro: Viva Cristo Rey!
Adios, muchacho; have a nice trip, and enjoy your stay.
Tookie has been saving a warm seat for you close to the fire.
Now, if only Abu Jamal could join you.
I have an idea. Let's make sure EVERY SINGLE illegal alien who is even stopped for a traffic ticket gets "consular access". Let's make sure they understand the depth of the problem and overwhelm them with paperwork, all of which requires some sort of action. (Of course, we will ignore every thing they say, as they have no standing in states rights cases.)
Viva usted en el infierno para siempre!
Claro que si!
They told you it was a mechanical toro? Yippee yi ki yay, hijo de puta.
Democrats can’t do enough for savage killers like this one, and abortionist baby killers.
I was just at the Alamo this weekend much bigger than I thought! Awesome & lots to look at including weapons, antiques, room displays, the Alamo fight model which was quite impressive along with the history and names of those that died.
The surrounding area also has lots of bars, restaurants along with the River Walk.
1994 crime, 2011 execution...
He was on death row longer than the poor girl was alive.
What was the cost of his adjudication and incarceration?
Now where is that birth certificate???
Never been there, though I’d like to see it. I’ve been to Fort William Henry up at Lake George; that seemed much smaller than you’d think from the “Last of the Mohicans” movie (nearby Fort Ticonderoga is much more worthwhile, while Quebec’s “Old City” takes the cake - it’s supposed to be the only walled city in North America).
Although the “Mexican National” persona implies he was here on vacation or something...from what I have read he has been in the US since he was a very young child.
Just one of the many things about this case that has me all wee-weed up.
I was pretty certain Perry wouldn't cave. I am just glad the Supreme Court didn't, albeit by a close margin.
Justice was served. If he was so enamored with Mexico, and the UN, Obama and Mexico were so intent on saving his life...maybe they could take up a collection and bury him in his “homeland”.
Si! se Puede!
Skeeter says burn in hell.
Looks like Perry and the SCOTUS gave Barry the finger. LOL!!
...hijos de la chingada.
Perry is strictly law and order. He would not go against his Bureau of Pardons in a case. Good for him. This guy had years to try and get off. However, this crime was so bad, that no one in Texas wanted this guy to ever escape Justice. Liberals are all about the so called rights of the criminals. They don’t seem to give a damn about the victims. Grey Eagle
4 of the 4 think La Cucaracha is from the Kama Sutra.
Funny, how 3 of the 4 are fEMS, (I think)...
They must identify with the rapist.
Penis envy, and all that... they must sympathize with the rapist.
I'm not going to go much farther, but
Sonia, Ruth, and Elena wish they were there to taste his victory!
too bad he had to die for the cause...
Truthfully, Texas is not one of the better states in which to run afoul of the law. :)
Viva Mexico huh.................
Try viva “Burning In HELL” scumbag
Singing.......”Oh It’ll Be A Hot Time In The Old Town Tonight”.............
Perry rightfully did not focus on the man sitting before him but forever-16-year-old Adria Sauceda, a Mexican-American murdered by a Mexican. Why should Mexico want someone like this alive?
Don’t mean to sound crude but muck _exico. Worst neighbor ever.
The Usurper fought for this human piece of garbage, yet was not for the Illinois “Born Alive” legislation to help innocent children who somehow survive an abortion attempt by evil “doctors” and their selfish “mothers”.
Jan.20, 2013 can’t get here soon enough.
Obama has to try to mollify the Mexican Presidente so he doesn’t burn him on “Fast and Foolhardy”.
Fortunately, the Republic of Texas stands between Mexico and the US.
That's so true. As loopy as the Canadians can sometimes be (healthcare and, more recently, the Vancouver riots), Texas would be far better off if the borders were flipped in some bizarre twist of geography.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out with the Mexicans (illegal and otherwise) here in Texas over the next few days. Will this scum's "Viva Mexico" become a rallying cry for the LULAC and La Raza constituency among us? Will the righteous and just execution of the Mexican Murderer perhaps trigger Rodney King riots here among those who brazenly refuse to assimilate?
I think not.
GE - He would not go against his Bureau of Pardons in a case.
A Texas guv has very limited powers in these situations; a 30-day stay is about all he can do.
"Leal's attorney Sandra L. Babcock said that with consular help her client could have shown that he was not guilty.
"In his last minutes, Humberto Leal repeatedly said he was sorry and accepted responsibility."
“Last Words: Viva Mexico!”
Remorseless words to be conveyed back to Obama and Bush.
Burn him and scatter his ass along the footpaths at the San Jacinto Monument.
You accidentally addressed the wrong person. I didn’t say that, it was berdie.
His remorse and contrition was completely undone with "Viva Mexico" IMHO. Any potential for forgiveness (as slight at it was considering the brutality of this beast) from me instantly vanished with those words.
