Humberto Leal , a Mexican illegal alien was finally executed Thursday evening for the 1994 rape-slaying of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, whose brutalized nude body was found hours after he left a San Antonio street party with her. She was bludgeoned with a chunk of asphalt.
Leal was executed after the U.S. Supreme Court (by a 5-4 vote) turned down a appeal by President Barack Obama to stop the execution due to complaints by the Mexican Government and the U.N. justice court that he had not properly received “consular access” before his trial.
As with his lawsuit against Arizona over its mere upholding of Federal laws with SB1070, his unilateral approval for access for Mexican drivers in the U.S., and his virtual amnesty for “Dreamer” illegal aliens, Obama once again chose Mexico over the American people. This last disgraceful act by Obama was a slap in the face to the Sauceda Family – who had waited far too long for justice, as well as the People of Texas, whose sovereignty clearly means nothing to him.
After the Supreme Court ruled against Obama and Leal, the Texas Gov. Rick Perry also refused to stop the execution – thus sealing this savage’s fate. In his last minutes, Humberto Leal said he was sorry and accepted responsibility.

By only a 5-4 vote the SCOTUS kept the ICJ and the internationalists out of the affairs of the state of Texas. We’re that close to capitulating.
Between the 9th and 10th holes, it would be nice to hear a statement on this from Obama. I know its tough to set up dual teleprompters at a clubhouse, but why not? He’s got unlimited gov’t employees to serve his every need.
I couldn’t imagine living anywhere near that border; we have plenty of Mexicans up here, but they’re not responsible for a lot of the crime.

I have an idea. Let's make sure EVERY SINGLE illegal alien who is even stopped for a traffic ticket gets "consular access". Let's make sure they understand the depth of the problem and overwhelm them with paperwork, all of which requires some sort of action. (Of course, we will ignore every thing they say, as they have no standing in states rights cases.)
