A new exhibit at a Michigan city art gallery features a provocative piece that depicts four Republican governors beneath the Nazi party symbol. Despite complaints, the work will remain on display.
Titled The Faces of American Fascism, the poster has pictures of Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Wis. Gov. Scott Walker, Mich. Gov. Rick Snyder and Fla. Gov. Rick Scott under the national insignia of Nazi Germany. The symbol of the Republican Party is encircled in the wreath under the eagle instead of a swastika.
Written in the middle of the poster are the words, Anti union, anti worker, anti woman, anti elderly and anti poor. At the bottom, it charges viewers to Rise up! Demand a recall next to an image of a closed fist.

First on the chopping block should be so-called “public funded art”.
Leftists are friendly, as long as you go along with them. If you cross them, you are the enemy that needs to be hated and defeated at any cost. And since they have no moral core, no tactic is too excessive.
Wow, that ‘art’ looks a heck of alot like the stuff being churned out by late 1930’s early 1940’s Germany and Stalinist Russia.
I knew Rick Perry was a RINO!
See! He isn’t in the picture!
Hundreds of billions of dollars are being stolen from the American people by federal agencies which are now working for democrats alone.
Its got to stop now. We’ve got to stop considering putting them out of jobs and start looking at putting them in prison.
Its a 5 minute photoshop job.
...so this is the funding the retard-in-cheif so desparately wants to preserve? The next election, or recall, or impeachment, or whatever needs to purge these idiots out the door.
My congressman (Walberg) went for a $50 million cut in NEA funding and eventually got a $20 million cut.
Personally I think the NEA needs to be eliminated altogether.
Yosi Sargent was the NEA head caught promoting doing exactly this sort of thing and admitting that it was illegal.

We’ve got to stop letting them resign and start sending them to prison.
Public funded art is agitprop—it is government controlling the ideas and conditioning people into their “logic”.
We knew government/public/central control was evil in the 30’s in Germany and we were lied to by the Walter Concrites and Rathers—who gave us the illusion that we had the Freedom of Press in America.....when all it was was government indoctrination by the marxists elites who controlled all the media outlets and controlled the information. Monopolies and government control are both evil because they both suppress the truth and destroy a true debate of ideas. They become indoctrination centers.
Might as well put my face there too.
absolutely correct - if any Republican had done what Barney Frank and Chris Dodd did with Fannie & Freddie & Countryside, they would be in the federal penitentiary by now. From what I hear, Frank has again pushed for subprime loans to be made for mortgages, and the banks are doing it again. No more excuses - indictments are the only way to go.
This shows how ignorant the Left is about their own heritage of nationalist socialism and fascism (govt control of the private sector). This poster needs to be revised with the photos of Barry Soetoro, Holder, Sebelius, and any of the myriad czars in the Soetoro Administration. Then the poster would be accurate and worthy of display.
Here in America, the left managed to get an honest-to-God leftist elected president and he has done what leftists do. It is failing on a massive scale and normally apathetic Americans are being forced to wake up and see what 'hope and change' looks like when administered by a Marxist that has nothing but contempt for America, it's institutions and, ultimately, it's people. Not a pleasant awakening for many but a valuable one, all the same.
Democrat politicians are losing elections and the confidence of the people, who are beginning to realize that the average middle income American is getting the short end of the deals leftist politicians make with public service unions, special-interest groups and the 'entitlement class'. I believe that Obama will be swept out of office by his Republican challenger, much the way Jimmy Carter was defeated in 1980. Americans are frightened, angry and realize, too late, that elections really do have consequences and that voting for a smile and a slogan can bring disastrous consequences. At least President Palin will defund the NEA and help us get rid of this kind of partisan political garbage that attacks sitting governors and is paid for with the hard-earned tax dollars of Americans that loath this kind of tripe.
Interestingly, my leftist brother referred to Ohio governor Kasich as a Nazi last week when he was visiting Tennessee. Which is odd, since my brother lives in Florida!

“I used the term fascism because of the corporate influence in the state government right now and even, to an extent, the federal government,” Stimac says.
The piece is one of 13 by Stimac in the gallery, and he says they’re all deeply political; this one is just more upfront about it, calling for the recall of the governors.
