Heard somewhere that Rudy would consider running only to knock off Romney if he thinks Romney is getting too much traction.
Don’t know why but evidently there’s bad blood between them.
That is the rumor I heard.

I hope he runs to take votes and $$$ from Romney.

His entry into the race would certainly seem to hurt Romney more than anyone else. They'll both be vying for the votes of the same clueless Republican and centrist voters.

I’m still going with Palin even though I’m flexible.

Steady on, friend. She'll be jumping in soon enough.

but I do have a choice in the primaries and there is no chance Giuliani would be it.

Me, also - my vote is sealed and no one can grab it from me. I'd like to see Giuliani as AG - that's where he belongs and not the Presidency. He went after the mob the likes never seen before - he'd have no problem but delight in going after this admin. That's where his strength is and very very few have that strength. He's not presidential material and very very few are - yet, far too many think they are.

They think showing they have conservatives values and/or a good speech or two is enough. They talk about what they will do but have NO proof they ever did it even on a smaller scale.

Fox actually bothered to ask the question of the full spectrum of voters, rather than this GOP-only poll. Freepers don’t elect the President, neither do Republicans only. It takes winning the majority of ALL voters to win the presidency, and there is no way in hell that Ms. Palin will ever be able to do that regardless of how loud the cheers are for her on this forum.

I wouldn’t vote for him, just wondered if he could help finish off Romney by taking votes from him.

Have to agree. i love Palin and the way she sticks it to Obama but know deep in my heart she cannot win against Obama.
I do think, if she doesn’t run for Senate, she would be a great person to run the Dept of Energy. Would love to see her in the administration.

Don’t be so sure...Woody Woodpecker could beat the Kenyan
in an election, if it were held today.

Don’t know why but evidently there’s bad blood between them.

First of all, mitt knows his mask doesn't hide anything from Rudy. No one likes a wuss punk and that's Romney - he's the guy who has his peons do the dirty work while he walks around showing his clean hands as the good guy. That sh*! don't fly with a NY'er with street smarts - who comes from a 'what you see is what you get'/no frills -like Rudy. Rudy took on better con men than Mitt when he took on the mob - he can smell them before they turn the corner - it IS his strength.

Now I understand a bit why there is talk of Rudy maybe running. If that's true, I can see the wisdom of some here saying he would take votes from Romney and running on that strategy makes good sense. He wouldn't be the only one running for strategic purpose and not running expecting to win. Politics is ugly and the less media interference we allow, the better we will thrive - for they only stir the pot of deception, IMO.

Freepers don’t elect the President

That means you, also. Remember that and those that camped out and those who sold out Sarah's event were not freepers! So eat your own and the media's words. Propaganda reigns on Fox, too. Gasp!

FOX also polled registered voters instead of likely voters and sampled democrats at 43%.

If Rudy & Romney are still polling this high, then there are a lot of voters who still love them some RINO. We may have a bunch of squeaky-wheels on our side, but conservatives remain in the voting minority and we need a majority in both houses plus the oval office to get things done with any (relatively speaking) speed.

We still have a looooong way to go before this ship even *starts* to right itself. Dear LORD, I hope this poll is rigged and not a true representation of the voting public.
