Even by the usual gross standards of Hollywood, that is shocking. My kids saw 1-2 movies each in their entire childhoods, and they almost always came back thanking me for finding better things for them to do. [Exception: a penguin documentary.]
Chas Bono is a mentally ill person who deserves our prayers. That DWTS would use him(?) her(?) as a role model makes me glad that I never bothered to watch the show.

A) how would someone know at that age if they are gay?
B) Why does the pic of most lesbians show them trying to look like boys? You wanna eat lunch at the Y? GO ahead, but why do you have to try to look like a dude? Unless of course that is the best way for you to attract straight girls.
C) at 14 my youngest daughter told me that she thought she might be gay. I asked her if she knew what two women had to do together in order to be “gay.” She said no, so I told her.

There’s a big difference between tomboys and midget lesbians. There have always been tomboys, and there’s nothing wrong with that—girls who like to climb trees and roughhouse with the boys. What’s wrong is Hollywood or France making it into a sexually explicit perversity, as this would seem to be.
