Just contributed to Newt's Campaign
None | Today | self

Posted on 11/10/2011 4:13:43 PM PST by Hammerhead

Full-on once every year or two vanity....

I'm officially on the Newt bandwagon.

Cain will fade (never considered him Presidential. 'Secretary of Something' definetly.

It will come down to Romney and Newt.

However, I last contributed to Fred Thompson and he dropped out 5 days later.

Here's hoping Newt doesn't stab us in the back.

Fingers crossed.

I too think Cain will survive for a Gingrich/Cain ticket. Can’t wait to see Newt debate BO.

The Cainiacs are very prevalent in here, I could easily vote for Cain if he wins the nomination, but in the primary’s I will be for Newt I think.

He knows more about Government than all of the others combined, and will tear Obama a new ass in the debates.

Cain is big picture. Newt is a policy wonk minutia fanatic. Will make a great team with Cain on top of the ticket.

I'd vote for any of our guys over Obama. He could do incalculable damage with four more years.

—”If they are coming from Axelrod, as I saw in a post earlier today, Cain is in grave danger.”

Then, pray for Cain:

Isaiah 54:17 - “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

Cheers

with your track record and judgement, I am glad you contributed to who you did.

can you give Romney a few bucks too? Maybe that will seal his fate.

I once worked with a guy who < 6 months after joining a firm, it would go bankrupt. He did 4 in a row like that. Life is strange.

Not really considering....

I just think the dude is awesome.

You put him as Prez, Cain as Secretary of ??? or head of EPA, Mark Levin as Attorney General, Bolton as Secretary of State, Palin as Sec. of Energy or Interior, Col West as Sec. of Defense, and Ted Nugent as the Spokesperson and you got yourself the makings of a kick-— administration.

I don’t give a damn about his baggage either. Every candidate has several railway cars full.

Political judgement and whether or not somebody drops out of a race are not related.

I like and would have supported Palin as well.

Does that mean I can only support somebody who I am 100% sure won’t drop out?

Your statement makes no sense.

This country needs fundamental change. We need a president that will lead us back to our constitutional roots. Someone who is willing to shake up the crony Washington establishment. Someone who doesn't play legislative games and cook the books. Someone who will stand up to those that pander to the UN and turn over our sovereignty to international committees.

We need someone who climbed to the top on the beltway food chain and voted for creating the Department of Education, NAFTA, WTO and increased UN funding. We need an academic turned legislator with no executive experience.

I agree somewhat but I do believe Newt has woken up and realized that we as a country do not have time for any more ‘games’.

Regarding Globull Warning... all the guy is saying is that it should be looked at in a clear, rational scientific approach void of politics,

2nd, he supports green energy. So do I? Who doesn’t???!! AS LONG AS it is VIABLE and sustainable and again, void of politics.

Concerning his ‘baggage’...are you kidding me? Compared to who? The Pope or Clinton/Obamma?

I believe Newt is the right statesman at the right time.
