Rand Paul has been sounding alarms, trying to get language that protects citizens. There once was a time not long ago where the Constitution of the United States of America protected citizens from such imprisonment. The Republic is no longer recognizable.

You’ll have to share the cell but not the window!

McCain's campaign finance bill (McCain-Feingold) had to go all the way to Supreme court ..parts struck down as unconstitutional. He vocally backed Obama by-passing congress in Libyan war.
He is a globalist. People that want the Constitution followed, he calls Hobbits or isolationists. His bills should be picked apart.

And when Zero starts issuing orders for his political enemies to be rounded up who does he think will step forward to do his bidding? This will be when he learns the meaning of the French phrase “coup d’etat.”
It is very possible.

“Who is ‘they’?”
Since it passed 93-7 I would say that “they” would be the treasonus rat-bastards in the Senate.

Mr.Graham is like a light switch —or a stopped watch— He is
right at least twice a day— and when he is on subject he can
illuminate. Problem is he appears to be wrong in his support and opinion at least as much a she is right.

nah, it’s time to flex a little 2nd amendment rights on one or two of them and they will think twice before passing this.

The solution to most of our problems is twofold.....
Destroy the poliitical class at the ballot box. (Includes staffers.)
Pursue corruption and enforce laws ruthlessly, with harsh penalities for any public officials so caught.....
