I’m seeing more movement on the birther front. Two states are now demanding proof it seems. The problem is that they’re in the deep South where I don’t think Obama would win anyway.

It would be impossible for any state to ignore a ruling of ineligible.

Impossible to ignore, for sure.

Citizens, and Dual Citizens such as Obama, would demand some clarification.

Something just dawned on me.

When Obama came back from Indonesia, to get into the USA he may have needed his father there because he was Identified as a Kenyan citizen with his Father. His Mother was married to Soetoro and living as an Indonesian. Ann Dunham couldn't get him out of Indonesia because he was removed from her passport several years before when Obama became an Indonesian citizen upon adoption and her passport records documents this. But Obama Sr. could get him out of Indonesia if he asserted that Obama Jr. was a Kenyan citizen. Then once in the USA, he handed his Kenyan boy over to his USA Grandparents. This is why Obama Sr. came back to the states. They needed his Kenyan citizenship and Parental rights to get citizen Obama out of Indonesia.

What is key here is that Ann Dunham documented his loss of US citizenship with her passport. She called him Soebarkah.
After she did this, she couldn't get him back into the USA, just as she could not get his adoptive father Soetoro back into the USA. But unlike Soetoro SR. , Soebarkah still had a claim to Kenyan citizenship. He had not yet officialy lost it yet, like he did with the USA. So a Kenyan on a visa to the USA could travel with his Kenyan son in the USA. Once Obam Sr. asserted his Kenyan rights in the USA, Soebrkah was released from his Indonesian claims in USA immigration.

I bet that Kenya, at some time, had documents, most probably a passport for Barak Obama Jr.

Does anyone know if Obama Sr. passport records are public?

Somehow, Indonesian citizen Soebarkah entered the USA as Barak Obamah, Kenyan citizen. He needed the documents to do it. Then the adoption was annulled. His BC has the adoption recorded, and this is the only reason it stays hidden.

Boy does that make sense. Sr’s earlier immigration file is public but not his passport file, at least I have not seen it. If you are correct then the 10 year old would certainly remember this event and why it had to happen.

What a tug-of-war that must have been, remember, he was in Hawaii near Christmas 1969, and must have retured to Indonesia for another school year, which apparently starts in January.
Seems that boy was always destined to end up in Indonesia, considering his person’s friendship with Sukarno:

http://www.niu.edu/CSEAS/lecture/Spring2011LectureSeries/Iandola.pdf

And Sukarno, after he was deposed and spent some time under house arrest, finally died in 1970. Time to get the boy outa there.

Who was Soebarkah? For that name to need to be removed from her passport renewal in August, 1968, that name must have belonged to zero. And Soebarkah isn’t Soetoro.

It is amazing that someone has not yet deciphered Soebarkah. I have been to a few foriegn countries and for instance in India a name can tell a person of know where that person was from. So there must be a reason for the combination of SOEtoro BARaKah. It would be telling IMO if we understood how that name was developed.

I don’t see how or why one might assume there was ever a ‘combination of SOEToro and SOEbarkah’ - why would the two distinctly different names belong to the same individual? Besides, Lolo already had enough names, if you can believe wiki:

Lolo Soetoro, also known as Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo[1][2] or Mangundikardjo,[3]

It really hasn’t been researched thoroughly, because we have no one who understands the language, nor the naming conventions.
There are no shortages of SOEBARKAH if you look at Google.

It seems to me, GA is in the drivers seat. No docs=no play. Of course, they have to worry about their families driving over cliffs and such. Anything can happen with this evil dimwit.

I never Googled it. It just seemed to be a combination of his taken sir name and his given first name. Those types of combinations have meaning in places like India. Thanx.

Its logical that Barak Sr. had a passport made for Barak Jr. He had every right to do it, along with other papers he might have needed.

No way does that family pay to cart his worthless butt back to Hawaii for a family party. Apparently The Indonesian boy required a Kenyan identity to escape Jakarta. He came back to the USA, permanently, after his fathers visit. The timing, the visit, its to much to be a random coincidence.

I think this is why he is so enamored with his Father.
He came through when he needed him most. In Jakarta, I suspect he was getting a beating from the local boys and it was getting to dangerous for him to stay. His Indonesian Dad was on the outs with the government. It was probably getting nasty.

He had no way out, and then, like a miracle, his Dad pulls his butt out of the fire and gives him an entirely new identity and lease on life. It was probably a most dramatic point in his young life. He had a Hero.

Back in Kenya, Sr. probably got a call from Pops and Toots. We need a Kenyan passport for Jr. and you need to get here to assert his Kenyan citizenship.

Sr. goes back to Hawaii and gets the deed done.

Barak Jr. proudly lives as a Kenyan boy in Hawaii, asserting his original dual citizenship rights that were once lost. He has his cake and eats it too.

Sr. gets to play big shot one more time, then goes home to Kenya.

And this is a Natural born citizen from the Democrat party. What a disaster.

I ran across these a few days ago. Both threads are about the same blog post explaining the meaning of Soebarkah. I have no idea how accurate it is.

From Orly’s site today:

Posted on | January 13, 2012 | 1 Comment

I just arrived in HI and checked my e-mails. Deputy attorney general Nagamine represents a pinnacle of corruption of a governmental official. Not only she refuses to comply with the subpoena, but she claims that my demand for the original birth certificate is frivolous and that the judge should charge me the cost of all the hearings and deem me a vexatious litigant, not allowed to bring any more actions in HI without leave of court.

She completely disregarded the fact, that judge Malihi ordered Obama to stand trial on January 26 and prove his eligibility, that eligibility is the essence of the case and the birth certificate is the most important evidence . The level of corruption in the state of HI is unprecedented in human history. Don’t forget that the husband of this attorney is a family attorney for Obama’s family and he handled Obama’s sister’s divorce from her first husband.

Here’s a link to a rather cogent explanation about the Soebarkah name/naming pertaining to Obama. It’s a long read and somewhat inconclusive... what isn’t inconclusive about Obama?

http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/08/05/native-indonesian-soebarkah-most-likely-name-given-to-obama-upon-adoption-by-indonesian-stepfather/

From another site- I gathered Soebarkah meant ‘son of’ Soetoro.

Points to a legal action/adoption and the mommy likely felt compelled to include it as an assurance of complying with some kind of legal requirement, whether driven by Indonesian or US laws. (my inference)

Obama learned about cryptic behavior and it’s benefits early on. The apple don’t fall too far from the tree.

PS Here’s another well sourced blog with links to other sites doing quality research.

http://talkwisdom.blogspot.com/2011/06/obamas-soebarkah-name-is-confirmation.html

I have a knack for asking the right questions of search engines (most of the time.) I ask (of the search engines) as if a person was standing before me listening to my question.

My latest question asked of the magic 8 ball was: explain why Obama is named Soebarkah?

Keep Digging!

;o)
