I saw on another thread were the order of certificate number is explained. Rural areas were gathered and stamped as a gathered batch. So it is likely he was not born in that hospital that the PDF is listing, because his BC would have been numbered differently.

Oh, yes he is. The age requirement applied only to married women, but Anarchist Annie was not validly married to BHO, Sr., because he already had a wife back in the old country. Thus, she was fully able to pass her citizenship on to her little bastard.

Of course, it's all irrelevant anyway, since he was born in Honolulu, and the two citizen parent argument will prove to be a non-starter in the Supreme Court, if it ever gets there.

I think you have a great point about not being able to prove 14th amendment citizenship, but there could be another issue too. Assuming that neither of his birth certificates were “forged,” either A) he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and is legally supposed to be using the newer replacement birth certificate than his original, or B) he was born “en route” which is what happens for births at sea or on airplanes. This phrase is supposed to be on the birth certificates, but under the law, the port of arrival can be used as the “place of birth” providing that the local hospital examines the baby and confirms it is a newborn (and not some older child being smuggled in from another country). Obama may have been born when his mother was traveling from God knows where, and he just doesn’t know where he was born, and he doesn’t want to try to explain why it says “en route” on his birth certificate, because THEN he can’t technically even be a 14th amendment citizen, even under the broadest interpretation. He’s not even a statutory citizen at that point because his mother is too young. Two words could sink his ship faster than the Iranians can clone a drone.

Being born en route was a possibility that I had mentioned as well. (Way back when) I didn't think it highly probable, but I thought it possible. My favorite theory is that Stanly Ann was sent away (common procedure for unwed pregnant girls in 1961) to Live in North West Washington with either Aunt Eleanor Birkebeile or Uncle Ralph Dunham, and ended up having him in Canada because that was the closest hospital.

Grandma Dunham filled out an affidavit of "at home" birth and thereby created the initial record.

I don't know if this is the truth, but it is my favored theory. Whatever *IS* the truth, I don't think we've heard it because everything Barack and Co has done from the beginning seems designed to obfuscate in a manner that would be way too much trouble for an innocent man.

I believe Barack has even mentioned in his book that there was something wrong or different about his birth certificate. Whatever is occurring, I don't think his documents can pass objective scrutiny.

If the Judge is astute, I think Obama is in trouble.

It's a lost point when the best argument for Obama's U.S. citizenship is based on Obama's papa being an unproven bigamist.

Yes indeed. This is no schoolyard game. The game of thrones is played with pieces covered in blood. Believe me, when I started into this, I had to seriously ask myself if I was willing to lose my anonymity and the protection that affords. That was when I released my Hawaiian Birth Certificate. When I started working with Leo Donofrio, I had to ask myself that question again. I am a known quantity to the enemy now. That concerns me, but it’s not enough to stop me.

There’s also the story that Barak Sr.’s wife was in the Philippines for unknown reasons. She could have been anywhere, even on her way back from Kenya and stopping in Indonsia. The spokesbabe for the HI DOH, Janice Okubo, once made a comment that if one was born in Bali, it’s supposed to say that on his birth certificate. She might have been giving out Obama’s real place of birth. Plus, Tammy Duckworth was quoted in a Honolulu newspaper story that said he was born in Indonesia.

The precedent was set by Ford pardoning Nixon after Nixon resigned. In this case, it would be Biden pardoning Obama if Obama chooses to the resignation route... all pre-arranged, "for the good of the country," legally questionable, and details never revealed to the public, of course...

To prove he was legally married to Kezia would require a marriage license. Should they obtain one to prove he was married to Kezia, it will then prove that Obama Sr. was NOT married to Stanley Ann, and that Barry, is in fact, a Bastard. That might do as much political damage as proving he wasn't born in America.

He and his legal advisers have never behaved like he was born in Honolulu. They have shown one peculiar document after another and argued that they don't have to show them. Not the behavior of a man who can easily prove something. I have no doubt that Obama's birth is REGISTERED as having occurred in Honolulu, but if it turns out that the document behind the whole mess is an affidavit of "at home birth", it is not going to fly very well with the American Public.
