Who is Judge Michael Malihi?
Intangible Soul ^ | 4 February 2012 | intangiblesoul

Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him. Is his ancestry really Iranian? Is his faith really Muslim? And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?

I set out to find all the details I could. What I found was precious little.

Judge Michael MalihiJudge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings. He was appointed Judge in 1995. If you go to the official website for his office, what you don’t find may be more interesting than what you do find. On the OSAH website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi. I clicked on Malihi and all that was listed for him was this:

Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi
Appointed Judge 1995
Contact

Valerie Ruff
Case Management Assistant
vruff@osah.ga.gov
Tel: (404) 651-7595
Fax: (404) 818-3751

That’s it! If you click on the links for all the other judges listed, you will find a brief bio telling of where the particular judge was born, where they went to school, etc. But for Malihi? Nada! Zip! Niente! Bupkis! Nothing!

I decided to look at other websites for other state or federal judges to see if its common practice to have absolutely no information listed in their bios.

The Federal Judiciary Center has a massive list.

The directory includes the biographies of presidentially-appointed judges who have served since 1789 on the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of the United States, the former U.S. Circuit Courts, and the federal judiciary’s courts of special jurisdiction.

I examined a sampling of about 50 judges listed on this site and they all had bios which contained at least when and where they were born, when they died if applicable, where they went to school, where they practiced – their career path.

At the official Supreme Court site, bios of all judges were listed.

I looked up judges in various states, in a variety of different roles and guess what? Out of the approximately 15 different sites I visited for different states, bios were present for all judges! I looked up Circuit Court judges, Appellate judges, Superior Court judges, and more. They ALL had bios listed.

Nothing on Judge Michael Malihi.

Isn’t that interesting? So I ran searches on several search engines on his name. Was I able to find out much more?

On Google, all I found was essentially what has already been posted on this blog, and others regarding his recent ruling in favor of Obama and his eligibility to be on the 2012 Presidential ballot in GA.

His family names are Persian/Iranian. They are reported as being Muslim. Coincidence? You tell me.

All I can say, is that's one more log on the fire. All I've got is speculation, but this stuff adds up.

You’re welcome.

You have more important work to do than to thank me. Much more important.
Which, btw, I do not believe I have ever thanked YOU .
So, humbly, I thank you for all of the incredible work you do, for being such an awesome Patriot.

From the article:

"It is impossible to believe, that Judge Michael Malihi, himself, believed, he was following the Constitution and legal precedent. He knows he's a crook. He knows he's a liar. He knows, that in his ancestral home country, that unlike America, he would have his head chopped off for what he did.

He ignored the Constitution and at least three US Supreme Court rulings, defining Natural Born Citizen as one who is born in America to two citizen parents. He ignored the Law of Nations, that the founders of this country used to draft our Constitution. He ignored the countless letters, written back and forth by our founders, defining natural born citizen and their reasons for why they would only accept a Natural Born Citizen as their President.

IT IS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT A SPINELESS, COWARDLY, TRAITOROUS, SATANIC SNAKE IN THE GRASS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY TELLING US HOW TO LIVE!"

Have a feeling that this is a beginning of something...

If not a beginning, let us hope it's an end.

Too many coincidences.

Some of this will surface again.

The eligibility issue will not go away until 0bozo does.

There was a question there about what cases he’s had. On my blog poster ksdb posted this:

“Judge Malihi has been overturned before by the Georgia Secretary of State. Evidently he has a history of making up his own rules instead of following the law:

http://sos.georgia.gov/pressrel/pr000607.htm

Notice how then Secretary of State Cox says: “accepting the view of the ALJ would mean that a candidate can determine his or her own qualifications ...”

>>may I ask if you yourself were there guarding the good judge’s safety?<<

At my age and with my infirmities I can only serve as a lookout these days but believe me I would have been there if i could have.

>>the very idea that these judges’ lives may be being threatened, has probably not quite sunk in to the general consciousness at this point.<<

Not all of us are in denial, of that I’m certain. I will gladly help in paying the costs of protecting this man or his family. We can do more by getting on the phone to our local election officials and demanding that they straighten out and ask for proof of citizenship of presidential candidates. We can ask our attorney generals to enforce the laws.

I am confident that if this man felt that he had superior local support, he would have carried through with a proper judgement.

I think it would be really KEWL if you could do a bio on all the judges who have ruled against the Birthers. That ex-marine guy down in Florida, and the 3 or 4 judges in Indiana, and now the one in Virginia. I hear there is also a new one in Indiana this time around.

Plus, and this is a helpful hint, maybe you could get a jump on this assignment by looking them up as soon as the Birther cases are assigned. Because the odds are these suits are going to wind up as losers because law suits based on Imaginary Law, like the two citizen parent requirement, tend to get tossed out pretty quick.

Personally, I am betting this is going to happen whether the judges are Muslims, Jews, Foot-Washing Baptists, Snake-Handling Pentecostals, Catholics, Wiccans, whatever. We shall see. . .

I can only imagine the level of force that a sitting dictator can muster against any domestic enemy. I'm not quite sure what level of defense it would take to protect a judge who was willing to stand up against such a tyrant.

Could that defensive force also protect everyone he loves and cares for? Could it protect every friend and close acquaintance? I don't know that it could.

Yeah, I saw the newbies remark and thought to myself, “I wonder if he’s the type of man who goes into battle without support and re-enforcements, without intelligence about his enemies, without a few medics standing by”?

Surprising that he’s still walking and talking, isn’t it? Perhaps he’s never been in a firefight, which is probably the most likely of all.

Myself, I don’t expect any one man to save America. If you aren’t willing to do what you can then I do hope that just maybe you’ll still be around when the Constitution is burned for the evening news cameras. We’re already seeing our Courts roll over. Are we going to sit and watch the Republic die? You might but I won’t.

So, you're one of those who agrees that it's perfectly ok for the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces to be a person who's loyalties may be colored by the circumstances of their birth?

You do know that that was the reason the Framers wrote the NBC clause into the Constitution, don't you?

Hasn't Obama proven to be a living example of the soundness of that wisdom to you? Do you honestly need more proof?

Not in a spirit of negativity here, but family history is my hobby. I was already stymied in researching the name, J.Harrison Bounel. It seemed "the man who never was".

I hastily used Ancestry.com -I presume the Judge was born in the 1950's. I went to the US Federal Census of 1930. Perhaps there was an omission, or I am in error. No entry could I find for this name. This would give the name of parents/parent and their country of origin. The Judge himself is well and often documented in directories. Dunwoody, Georgia is mentioned.

Far too early for any real solid leads but I note other persons of that surname. All born in the USA.

Mirmoham
Monir
Hassan
Najmaddin
Mohammed
Jiaan

Just to throw a curve into the mix, I have to concede there is a Wendy Malihi born 1866 in Massachusetts. Father is John, born Ireland. Who knows, perhaps it was a mispelling of the name.

The lack of ordinary information, as to the gentleman's origins and even a rough back ground about his youth,is surprising.
