It is a bear with a fish in it's mouth.

It's a bear, but maybe it's a Giant Short Faced Bear. That would be cool!

I don’t even see the tusks.

It's a springtime photo, woooly mammoths lose their tusks during their winter hibernation after the fall mating season........

A BEAST lurches through icy waters in a sighting a paranormal investigator thinks could prove woolly mammoths are not extinct after all. The animal -- thought to have mostly died out roughly 4,000 years ago -- was apparently filmed wading through a river in the freezing wilds of Siberia.

Now I’ve read the whole thread. People are saying it’s a bear with a fish. What do I know (very little)...

A young, entombed Wooly Mammoth has been discovered in Siberia near the Arctic Ocean. Nicknamed “Yuka,” the mammoth has been described by discoverers as being “remarkably well preserved” despite being cut open by ancient people.

Yuka was discovered in Siberia during an expedition funded in part by the BBC and the Discovery Channel and is believed to be at least 10,000 years old. The discoverers believe this finding could possibly provide proof of early human interaction in the Siberian region.

‘Woolly Mammoth’ Video a Hoax, Original Footage Proves
Last week, a new video surfaced claiming to show a live woolly mammoth — an animal scientists think has been extinct for at least four millennia — crossing a river in Russia. The suspiciously blurry footage was allegedly “caught by a government-employed engineer last summer in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug region of Siberia,” according to a story in The Sun newspaper.
