When our president, a, ahem, constitutional scholar, berated the court for having the audacity to consider overturning an unconstitutional law, he implied justices should think twice before doing such an unprecedented thing.
Of course, Barack Obama was revealing himself to be anything but a constitutional scholar.
A mere appellate court judge got so miffed he ordered the Obama Administration to submit a three-page, single-spaced paper today explaining how judicial review is something the court has the authority to do. So, Eric Holder, who currently holds the position of Attorney General in the admnistration, submitted the letter.
Heres what Holder had to say: The power of the courts to review the constitutionality of legislation is beyond dispute. . . .

He also ended the letter with the non-sequitur The Presidents remarks were fully consistent with the principles described herein.
To wit: “2+2=5”.
That's all he had to say? Or do you expect a blog hit to reveal the rest?
It's not as if anyone couldn't look it up. You just want
blog hits for the ripped-off information you found. Shame on you.
My office and the President believe that you are soon to be under social attack. See you soon...XOXO
In the end the Party would announce that two and two made five, and you would have to believe it. It was inevitable that they should make that claim sooner or later: the logic of their position demanded it. Not merely the validity of experience, but the very existence of external reality, was tacitly denied by their philosophy. The heresy of heresies was common sense. And what was terrifying was not that they would kill you for thinking otherwise, but that they might be right. For, after all, how do we know that two and two make four? Or that the force of gravity works? Or that the past is unchangeable? If both the past and the external world exist only in the mind, and if the mind itself is controllablewhat then?

Holder: “and that America has 57 states, exactly like what the president said.”
Don’t like it? Don’t read it. *sheesh*
Can't read it, it's excerpted by the very "author" of it.
If it were posted here in it's entirety I would have the option of not reading it.
As it is, NOBODY can read it without providing Scumwalliter a blog hit.
Holder a lawyer! ROTFL!!!
Maybe he was supposed to write it on the blackboard 100 times.
“That’s all he had to say? Or do you expect a blog hit to reveal the rest?”
I read that and figured it must be you! What I would like to know is how do you find these so quickly (post #4)? Do you have a special decoder ring set for “blog”, sixth-sense, blog radar, ....?

I smell 'em.
Thanks for the post. I was trying to find the letter in response. BTTT.
Will the real pimp please stand up?
These blog pimps DEMAND that FR excerpt their material.
Then, they pimp their material here, a sentence at a time, every day, on our bandwidth and donations.
While FR begs for more donations.
I hope they rot in hell.
I’ve had it with pimps.
See my 19.
Now, please donate more. The OCR Blogpimp needs more bandwidth on our dime.
