Police shut down event promoting Constitution on orders from Islamic terror support group CAIR

A Michigan police department has made it clear that freedom of speech and the Constitutional right to peaceably assemble may only be enjoyed upon approval by the terror-promoting, Islamic group CAIR.

On January 26th, Michigan State Representative David Agema and others hosted an event entitled “Constituting Michigan—Founding Principles Act” in the Allegan High School auditorium. The purpose of the event was “…to inform the public about the importance of honoring the United States Constitution, to recognize the internal threat to America posed by radical Muslims and the dangers to our free society caused by the imposition of Sharia law.” (1)

As the Michigan House sponsor of HB 4769, “The Restriction of Application of Foreign Laws Act” it is Representative Agema’s goal to ban the use of foreign or Sharia law by Michigan courts “…when those laws conflict with fundamental rights protected by the Constitution of the United States and the State of Michigan.” (1)

But Michigan executive director of the Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) Dawud Walid strongly opposes Agema’s House bill and upon being advised of the planned program at the high school, wrote a letter to school officials...

This nonsense is only because we no longer have Rule of Law-—where reason and logic and rational thought are necessary for Just Law.

Man-made up laws-—which is UNJUST Law—and deny freedom, are laws which are not based on reason-—Natural Law Theory-—laws that are nonsense—like there is a right to sodomy—”homosexual marriage”—which creates stupidity in laws and a disregard for general welfare and throws out Natural Moral Law and God’s Law and leads all countries to chaos, and then tyranny.

This stupidity would not have been allowed when people were rational thinkers—before “hate speech” laws (unconstitutional) were allowed to destroy the freedom of speech and shape “how” you are allowed to “think” in the public square and control what you can say.

This is so unconstitutional.

This article reminds people of the DOJ refusing to prosecute CAIR in its involvement with the Holy Land Foundation, a terrorist organization posing as “charity”. That’s just one more instance of Eric Holder protecting “his people” from being prosecuted for crimes - which apparently refers to communists and Islamists regardless of the color of their skin.

Shortly before Nidal Hasan had his jihadist rampage, there were reports from FBI insiders, claiming that Eric Holder had told federal law enforcement that they could not investigate Black Muslim converts for terrorism. I think that might have been right after the 5 Black Muslim converts tried to bomb Brooklyn but were caught because it was an FBI sting operation. And shortly after that the Arkansas Black Muslim shot the military recruiter, and when Nidal Hasan saw the response it got (crickets from Obama, compared to his immediate condemnation of the shooting of KS late-term abortionist George Tiller) he decided he would do his rampage.

There’s something else that plays in here too. Remember the translator in Iraq who was found to have ties to terrorism? She was the one who had translated the interrogations of high-value targets in Baghdad, IIRC. Her family was associated with terrorist organizations but the Bush appointee as AG(?) in Michigan wouldn’t investigate the terror financing on this guy because he was instead schmoozing with the Muslim lobby, trying to get votes. It’s been a long time since I read up on that so my details are vague but I remember being disgusted by it.

It made me realize, however, that Muslims are dangerous when they reach a certain percentage of the population, not only because then they have to push for sharia but also because in a democratic system they then have the power to impact votes and thus must be courted by politicians who are more than willing to sell their souls and the country’s interest to get their own personal power.

And the same thing is true of the union people - including local police unions. Remember how the local police refused to enforce the law in Madison, WI, when dangerous mobs were occupying the legislature.

And remember the law enforcement “Truth Squads” in Missouri shortly before the 2008 election. They were gonig to harass anybody who had lawn signs or did other things to say that Obama would raise taxes and that he is Muslim. We’ll let Obama’s record on both those issues stand on their own; anybody who looks at the evidence knows that both those “false claims” are actually most likely true.

What we’re seeing is the pattern of Obama’s lawless thugs taking over legitimate law enforcement and replacing it with lapdogs to the Islamist and communist agendas.

This is what some of us were predicting when we said that ignoring Obama’s crimes to occupy the White House as a foreign enemy combatant would lead to lawlessness. The communist-Islamist alliance was looking to see what resistance there would be to blatant crimes committed for political purposes. He found that the people in the system who are supposed to protect its own integrity are all for sale.

And like all jihadists, they were emboldened by weakness.

If America doesn’t get the cob out of its rear and wake up, America is doomed.
