“Dumb sheep”, huh?

snip-”Lugar has worked with Obama in the past to promote more foreign aid for Russia, supposedly to stem nuclear proliferation, and has become Obama’s mentor. Like Biden, Lugar is a globalist. They have both promoted passage of the U.N.’s Law of the Sea Treaty, for example. “

I lived in IN for 23 years. When we first moved I really liked Lugar but he has been on the decline for many years.

It would have been nice if he could have retired with some sense of dignity, instead of getting the boot by the voters.

Hoosier voters have spoken and Lugar earned the boot and it should have happened a long time ago.

The evidence would suggest that Senators really do despise the people and seriously resent having to go to them for votes. I mean they resent it, not find it a mere hassle. They feel they are elite and once in the "club" one should stay there for as long as they wish, and most do.

And when one is dumped, oh the wailing and gnashing of teeth! You would think moderate GOP senators are an endangered species. I can assure you they are not. Collins, Snowe, McCain, Hatch, Murkowski, the list goes on and on.

Bradley’s lament over Lugar’s loss is proof-positive that Dick’s ass should have been primaried decades ago.

Two terms max in any one federal office would balance the budget.

Years ago Bradley was asked who he admired most....among his answer was Mikhail Gorbachev....not a whisper of Ronald Reagan who ousted the communist dictator and brought down the evil empire...but praise for the communist thug. This is all I need to know about this moron!!!

About when he retired Bradley was advocating for “Campaign Finance Reform” . Claiming that “the rich man’s wallet” was overwhelming “the poor man’s soap box”.

That was at the dawning of th Internet age . . . and I’ve seen no tendency for these oh so unctious Dems to promote Internet infleunce at the expense of the REAL rich man’s wallet which is not the campaign finance contribution but the concentrated propaganda power of the Associated Press and its membership.
