JCPenney Father's Day Ad Features 2 Dads

Looks like JCPenney is sticking it to those who slammed Ellen DeGeneres' hiring as its spokeswoman. The company's new Father's Day ad shows two "real-life" dads playing with their two actual kids, JCPenney says. "First Pals: What makes Dad so cool?" the ad's copy asks, according to blogger Joe. My. God. "He's the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver—all rolled into one. Or two." The ad, Gawker notes, follows the American Family Association's One Million Moms' attempt to launch a boycott over DeGeneres' hiring earlier this year.

JC Penney continues to hasten their retreat from the retail market.

It used to be a special occasion when the Sears Roebuck and “Monkey Wards” catalogs arrived at the house.

Anyway, no more JC Penney for me. They can sell their #@$! to the faggies and make millions more, I guess.

My Dad liked Haband. Bought a lot of clothes there.

I had been getting my clothes from Lands End, but then Sears took them over. Lands End was more upscale. You paid more, but the clothes lasted forever. Now that Sears owns Lands,End, the clothes are still expensive, but now they are Sears quality. That means they are subpar.

To me it just looks like somebody was installed and instructed to embrace the LGBT crowd in another attempt to destroy an American company and commit it into an ananchronism. It’s American, destroy it.

Woolsworth was just down the mall from Wards. Ate many a lunch at their counter.

Let’s see.. gay spokesthing, two gay mommies in the May catalogue and two obviously gay men in the June catalogue.

Where are the shareholders in this carwreck? And why are none of them speaking out?

Is this an intentional destruction of a one hundred year old American icon who has assisted and been assisted by hard working Americans?

Buy some puts on Target too, with their gay/lesbian t-shirts.

I’m running out of stores.

Just went online and cancelled the JCP credit card. It lets you provide a reason and I let them know it was due to their poor executive leadership promoting the gay political agenda instead of focusing on their core-competency of selling retail merchandise.

No idea what these companies think they are going to gain by making political statements. Whatever it is, they will have to do it without my cooperation.

I guess the CEO is either sucking up to a PC board or, more likely, going out in a blaze of glory, sticking it to us rubes.

What does he care? He’ll get a good severance package.

The merchandise at JC Penney has gone downhill. Gay men wouldn’t be caught dead shopping there.

Once I spend the 25 dollar gift card I have from Fathers Day I’m done with this store...wasn’t Target huge on supporting the gay movement of marriage as well?

Okay, this is twice——two moms, and now the two dads. I’ve bought quite a bit from JCP-—stuff like pajama pants, my husband’s underwear, and tees to go with yoga pants for me-—but I’m done. I’m going to go in and ask to speak to the manager and tell him why, and then send a letter.

“The company’s new Father’s Day ad shows two “real-life” dads playing with their two actual kids, JCPenney says. “

The tragedy in all of this is that the little boy and girl pictured will never have a mommy to raise them.

I guess JCPenney doesn’t care that those children are motherless. Sickening.

JC Penney has lesbians and gay dads for the traditional Mother’s and Father’s day. The Gap now runs an openly homosexual ad (two males in an embrace).

Starbucks, Target, Home Depot, and many others are promoting the gay agenda blatantly. Not to mention the public schools and colleges all involved with programs which celebrate the gay advance in every area, every aspect of public life. Any group which tries to voice its objection, no matter how diplomatically, is post haste put on the official list of hate groups.

I cannot help but feel that the time to act was long ago. Things must be checked in their inception. This has been decades in coming.

What we see now is the progress - which went unchecked and unabated for 3 decades - of the entire liberal/feminist/gay plan to transform the culture, reaching its goal, and becoming mainstream.

Holding traditional values is now akin to being Amish: One is viewed as holding to something quaint, hopelessly out of step with the advances of 21st century politics and technology; in a word, unimportant.

The Million Moms were outnumbered by many more millions on the side of the gay celebration. JCPenney knows this. It will laugh politely at the quaint letters it gets from the few oddballs whose dissent means nothing as the throngs continue to shop there, and many more do so “to show their support”.

This was not the state of affairs in the mid 1980s. The question is, “who has allowed Israel to sin?”.
